It got cancelled in like 2004 or 2005 it isn’t a league anymore. It was really sick to watch though. Interesting fact too: Ken Carter (the guy Samuel L. Jackson played in the movie “Coach Carter”) coached a team in the slamball league. I remember they were green haha.

I remember this stuff when i was like a 5th grader lool …….it was too entertaining but players would get freak injuries…..but it was a entertaining sport

I remember watching that like 6-7 years ago. I’m surprised no one got hurt. That game was a blown out knee waiting to happen.

Yea i actually saw some white kid get injured his whole foot was like rubber lol…..It was pretty nasty

years and years ago me and my freinds would put two trampolines together and set up two hoops and play three on three tournaments with the neughborhood kids. The moms shut us down because of to many broken bones. was a very fun game.

that was sick they had a show that was a tyrout for the teams, it was sick. I always wanted to be the rim defender guy. He juss pounces and collides in mid airwith the guy going 20ft up to throw it down! I have a feeling it will arise soon. Cmon SPIKE

Its not really defunct…they are just looking for a TV deal. Alot of former NBA guys have been involved. One year Xavier McDaniel coached a championship team and John Starks is currently a head coach. Pat Croce is the owner of the league or the commissioner I think.

I think they would want an more adult audience than the one cartoon network provides.
