What’s the odds he ends up in Minn?

ChrispyParticipantAbout time. No matter the cost, we need to undue all the damage done to this team over the last 2 decades. This is a start. Next, mitigate the damage done by selecting French Frank instead of DSJ. Then, we just need new ownership!!!

OhCanada-ParticipantI wouldnt give up on French Frank quite yet. While I always believed Dennis was much better than Ntilikina I never thought that made Ntilikina a bad prospect and it still doesnt. He just needs time to develop. Smith’s development should have nothing to do with Ntilikina’s.

mowestenParticipantFrench Frank sounds like some sort of weird hot dog. …

frogmanParticipantMaybe the worst free agent signing of all time. Basically every armchair fan around the world could not believe a team would throw $72 mil at an already broken down Noah. And alas we were all right. Crazy piece of business by the Knicks.

SmooveKRYPTParticipantChandler Parsons got $94 million that same summer. I think he takes the cake.

frogmanParticipantNa. Not a great signing obviously but injuries ruined Parsons but it wasn’t inconceivable he wouldn’t become the player he was for the Mavs at the time he signed for the Grizzlies. Every man and his dog knew Noah was done when he signed for the Knicks.

HobbyOGParticipantParsons was injured before he inked that deal, had knee problems on his previous two teams..Had ONE decent season for the Mavs.

SmooveKRYPTParticipantThank you. People forget he already had cartilage damage and a microfracture surgery on the knee before his Dallas tenure was over and he barely played 60 games both seasons there.

Dazzling Dunks and Basketball BloopersParticipantThe Luol deng deal that same summer was at least equally as bad if not worse.

EndlessknightParticipantNothing beats Luol Deng!

HitsterParticipantIt will be interesting to see if they stretch his deal as it gives them more immediate cap room next year but it then puts money on the cap for future years which might be useful when rounding out a roster or looking at top FAs. I’d guess they’d do a strectch as it works out at about $7.5 million a year if Noah gets full or near full buyout. That immediately gives them an extra $12 million cap space for next summer.
The T-Wolves would seem a logical destination, it’s ironic with all the talk that Thibs wears guys out that a lot of his former players have gone to play under him again. Some contenders may look to add some experience and size to their bench so might GSW and Boston take a look. He may not play that much but is a useful match up option and would be seen as a solid veteran on any roster. Plus he may want a legit shot at a title.

r377ParticipantThere is little to no interest in Noah. He may actually end up retiring or playing overseas….

Andv1 WaitingParticipantThe problem when you rely on Hustle and defense…He has little to no offensive game due to any athleticisim going on him..I don’t know if I can think of any team that would take him now…Personally I hope he doesn’t end up on OKC I would prefer Brewer over him…

HobbyOGParticipantBig 3..only league he should be playing in.

Dazzling Dunks and Basketball BloopersParticipantPretty much every key player from those thibs era bulls teams has broken down prematurely from being run into the ground by thibs. Probably something to consider for whoever offers butler his next deal.

mamadouParticipantSomewhere, Jerome James is laughing.
53 games 18 wins 244 pts….72 millions, the new yorker.
