These guys are both considered lottery picks and both projected as guys that should be able to play the wing and forward position at the next level. Reddish has been put in conversations as the top prospect of this class for quite some time now but lately alot of people have Little ranked higher. They had a nice little back and forth at the Jordan Brand Classic (that lasted a bit too long) and the mini rivalry should continue in ACC play.

Nassir Little reminds me of Micheal Kidd Gilchrist with his effort, versatility, all around play and competitiveness. Like MKG I think the main key to  how good he can be will be dependent on how his shooting develops.

Cam Reddish is a nice scoring option with length and versatility and is a good 2 way player. He seems to fall a bit short as far as his consensus mold of a Tracy Mcgrady, Paul George, Kevin Durant type scorer but I think he will be a good player nontheless.

Who do you think is the better prospect?

    Ive got Cam Reddish.

i think reddish is more talanted skill wise and better prospect, he’s on the line of being a two way player in the next level to little being more on the line of a 3&D guy…

I’d go with Little long term, he has the same type of physical profile and athleticism as Reddishbut a much higher motor and competitive streak. He’s to MKG in that way, but Little has more perimeter skills than him at the same age and is already a better shooter than MKG is right now

it’s thought to say. In terms of skill, Reddish is a lot better. He’s a much more advanced ball handler, shooter, and creator at this point. He’s can also hold his own on the defensive end. Like many have said, he projects to be a strong 2 way player. My only concern is his heart, an area that Little doesn’t lack in. Reddish SHOULD be the best player in this class, even ahead of RJ, but it just doesn’t seem like he’s trying hard to get there. Little is a monster, who’s offense should expand over time. I don’t think he’ll be the perimeter threat Reddish is, but I don’t think he’ll be just a defender at the next level. His intensity should carry over and help his success. One thing I do know, if you gave Reddish his motor…. Lord have mercy…

     I like Little better.

I see Little as a Kawhi Leonard type player.  A strong athletic wing that can be a lockdown defender with his use of angles, quickness, motor, length can switch and guard any position.  Good slasher offensively can really get out in open court, is improving as a shooter adding range but right now is capable from midrange, can fit in and run a system on offense.

I see Reddish in the mold of Tyreke Evans.  A strong athletic combo guard that can play the 1-3 on both sides of the ball.  Good iso player that can create his own shot, great at getting to the rim, improving as a shooter.

I’ll take the guy with a chip on his shoulder and plays hard every time out. Little seems like the kind of player Coach K would love to have and use to have back in the 90s. Little is a &$#%#&@!en dog out there, highly competive and doesnt back down. My concern with Cam is that he doesnt have a killer instinct or Alpha mentality. Thank goodness Duke has RJ and Zion.

Reddish with all the skills he has, just has that Harden-type lazy, I’m too good demeanor to how he plays and its frustrating. It’s sad that his movements are lethargic and half-assed, because he has the skill to be even better than he is now. I hate players who don’t carry themselves lazily on the court. Because of this alone, I’ll take Little.
