Bjelica in 76ers

Would’ve rather had Ilyasova but he got way more money from the Bucks so I can’t blame him. The Sixers now have a roster crunch so I see a trade coming.

 Problem is Bjleca is slower and Ill is beter

on the block taking charges.. 

 wall in the playoffs against Boston – he’s still a valuable vet but at a guarenteed $21 Million for 3 years when Phila is finally getting out from under that terrible Bayless 3 year contract would have been really dumb. 

Phila is stacked w/ young talent all 20 – 24 years old who will all be one year older & more experienced next year – 

So Bjelica is a nice role player for Phila. Between the Draft & Free Agency Brett Brown really impressed as the head of that Front Office by focusing on strengthening Phila’s weaknesses 

It’s not Sexy – but pereimeter Defense at the guard & wing position & the Bench were Phila’s 2 glaring weaknesses & Brown nailed those targets Plus he landed an incredibly valuable fully Unprotected 2021 – 1st round Miami Heat pick. 

The Sixers are crazy stacked. They got a bench unit of Fultz, McConnel, Bjelica, Wilson Chandler, Landry Shamet and Zhaire Smith. There will be some guys there that will underservedly be put in the bench.
