Magic Johnson has a very real chance of landing “The King”… I believe LeBron will be playing with the Lakers, I believe Paul George follows as well..

Paul George, LeBron James and Brandon Ingram have the type of size to really force turnovers or missed shots in the Halfcourt offense.. Golden St in transition is extremely difficult to stop, it stirs the drink for GSW… Transition Basketball that runs off turnovers..

I hope LeBron understands the best way to beat these guys is by stealing spots on the floor before Klay or Curry can get the right look, George and Lebron would create bad passes with their size and ability to close pockets in passing lanes.. Keep GSWs offense on one side of the floor is key for limiting the movement and spacing they use to beat teams..

LeBron and George would honestly be a nightmare to prepare for..

LeBron vs Kyrie, Lakers vs Boston?! Ratings would be amazing!!

No one wants to play under the Knick ownership and how can Houston afford him, CP3, Harden and Clint? Someone would need to take a massive paycut…And they would have to trade Ryan Anderson. Who in the hell would want to take on that crazy contract and recieve nothing in return??? Rockets can offer draft picks but they will all be late first rounders…I don’t see him going to Houston.

I think he’s going to the Lakers, too, here’s why:

    1. He can leave Cleveland having fulfilled his promise; he brought us a championship, got us to the Finals four years in a row, and gave the franchise over a decade of relevance. We can understand and permit his departure a thousand times more than in 2010.

    2. LeBron respects Magic much more than any of the Cleveland ownership or front office personnel. He has always had an affinity for the storied franchises with rich history. He clearly has ambitions beyond basketball, and Hollywood is the perfect place to set up shop to pursue them.

    3. The Lakers saved cap space with the trade they made, and Paul George is from the area. Lonzo being a pass-first player but also long and athletic, is a good fit. They have enough other attractive young players to trade or to complement LeBron, PG, and Lonzo.

    4. Philly just doesn’t feel right; he’d be redundant with Simmons, and Embiid is too injury-prone for him to trust. I’m sure Houston will be a factor, but James Harden definitely does not fit the profile for the type of player LeBron wants to play with.

If Lebron and PG went to the Lakers that would be one of the best defensive team in the league.

    Lonzo

    George

    Ingram

    Lebron

    Whoever.

That’s an all time great defensive lineup at length alone.

Suppose this happens, don’t the Lakers have to think about trading Ball? If the last decade has shown anything, it’s the importance of surrounding LeBron with shooters, and he doesn’t need a traditional point guard to run the offense.

Also, under this scenario I assume Randle, Lopez, KCP and IT all move on?

      Lonzo stays..

LeBron plays a Draymond Green Role in LA with Lonzo being mentored by LeBron, I think Lonzo is a lot like LeBron in how both are absolute students of the game..

LA will have postionless lineups, I know exactly what needs to be done to beat GSW and it starts with Size that can create in transition..

GSW is ok in transition recovery defense, Lonzo, LeBron, George and Ingram would be a transition nightmare..

the sixers would be the better fit to beat gsw then with “size and transition”

I just don’t see the LeBron to the Lakers making sense. Does LeBron, George,  Ball, Ingram and Kuzma give him a better chance over other teams? I don’t see it, nevermind he has to go through the tougher west and I don’t see how the Lakers keep Randle when signing those guys. Frankly I think the Lakers strikeout this year on top free agents. They are a few years away from being a free agent hot spot.
