HitsterParticipantMaybe this sort of role is better suited for him than effectively being in charge of trades. He can use his analytical tools to look at players and identify deals etc.

220ParticipantDepends on how you define winning. Hinkie won big on some trades, but not on all of them.
Thaddeus Young for Luc Mbah a Moute, Alexey Shved, and a future first round pick that became Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot is a hard deal to call a win so far.
Evan Turner and Lavoy Allen for Danny Granger and a second round pick was a loss in turns of talent. Turner was and still is the best player in that deal.
Spencer Hawes for Earl Clark, Henry Sims, and two second round picks was far from a win as well.
