The suns have the number 1 pick and Luka is #1 for me because the floor is way too high.
But Luka and Booker on the floor together is a lineup is so mind bogglingly bad on defense.

The Suns are already the worst defense in the league, and I can’t remember a championship team being built around 2 horrible defenders.

I much rather trade Booker a pick 3-7 and get Mo Bamba or Jaren Jackson Jr with Doncic considering Booker is already acting like he doesn’t want to be there.

The goal is to turn the franchise around, not set themselves back another 10+ years.

You trade a bonifide 25 ppg scorer who is only 21 in favor of a player with a really high floor? If that’s your stance trade the number 1 pick and get an extra pick out the deal. Head scratching post

Basically if Kawhi likes it hot and Spurs pull the trigger.

Worst trade idea I have ever heard. Why would the Suns trade their best player who is only 21 and wants to be there for a project draft pick? He is one of the top 5 young players in the league right now (Simmons, Embid, Mitchell, Towns)

I won’t call docnic a project he’s a close to sure thing your going to get, youngest euro league mvp final four MVP. Still you just don’T do That feel me? Dev is wayyy too good to do That even if docnic ends up Being better.

In the op’s defense, Booker has been injury prone, hasn’t helped them win and has already stated he’s "done losing" or something like that, so if you could get something big in return it’d be worth investigating. The 3rd pick ain’t it, though.

Chandler is nowhere near their 2nd best player. That is a ridiculous excuse. Booker can play, but so far he’s a guy who’s padded his stats on AWFUL teams. I’m not saying that that’s entirely his fault, but if he were as good as people make him out to be it would translate to at least a few more wins. It’s really that simple.

He has never said he wasn’t happy there its more he hates the losing and wants to experience the playoffs..

There is only two ways they trade Booker:

He says he wants out…The same way  P.G did with the Pacers.

    or

He gets injured very Badly and they want to move in another direction.

    and

I don’t see them doing it for a single pick if he is healthy I see more of a Jimmy butler T-wolves  type deal if they are forced into it where they get two young prospects and a reasonable high pick in a good draft..

Same deal Id give Spurs for Kawhi…Saric, Fultz, RoCo, 10h pick. Matter of fact that is my go to deal for Kawhi, Booker, Beal, Klay, Lillard or Amy sign and trade a team wants to do like pg13 or Lebron

I compare this draft to the 2016 draft: By this I mean maybe two to maybe 4 really good players and a lot of meh picks that makes you want to trade out of the top 10…2017.2009,2008,1996 and 2003 are the definition of a good draft.

Why wouldn’t they just take Ayton? He’s fine at defense and will make a nice 2nd option. It’s not like they have a dominant center. Or if he looks like the guy he was in HS, Michael Porter (my favorite). Booker would then play off the ball more and Porter can kick it out to him… assuming Porter learns to pass. They could be such a tandem. Porter is such a great 1on 1 player, he’ll attract attention and it opens up things for Booker. Again, if Porter is the same player.

I wouldn’t trade him …there is whispers that KAT is availible …straight up I’d consider it and take Donic if I could get KAT and get did of Chriss and the other drek they have…
