BallerScriptParticipantIs Bolden staying?
I haven’t found any credible sources to do with his plansOn a side note…
Can he play himself into the first round of a week 2019 draft class?0 - Posted on: Mon, 04/16/2018 - 6:55pm #1115401
AE4threeParticipantBolden is a big, stiff, under skilled injury waiting to happen. He will never be drafted in the first round.

HobbyOGParticipantSure he’s staying, he should get lots of minutes next year. I don’t think he’s NBA talent. He’s a very very very very poor man Jahlil Okafor. Slow feet and lack defensive skills.

kikikikiParticipantBolden, will finally have the opportunity to receive plenty of minutes to show what he can do! I think he’s has a chance to be a prospect just needs to produce and stay healthy I do think he can be at least a 2nd rounder.

TarHeelRavenParticipantIt’s hard to belive Bolden was a top 15 recruit coming out of high school. It doesn’t help that he started out his college career injured and then played behind Wendell and Bagley, Coach K isn’t a dummy and if Bolden was any good he’d have gotten more playing time. I also can’t believe he has stayed at Duke to watch his draft stock plummet from a potential lottery pick coming out of high school to "there’s no way in hell anybody would draft this guy."He has an opportunity for minutes this year being Duke’s one true post player, but I just think he’s just massively overrated and just not very good.

I.C.Y.U.NV.MEParticipantHe guards the pick and roll well, and has long arms that allow him to hold down the paint (3 blocks peen 36 min). If he can prove he can make an occasional post move, he’s a first rounder. His ability to guard the P&R alone will get him looks.

RUDEBOY-ParticipantBesides injuries during his freshman year, another thing that limits his minutes is that he doesn’t always play smart. He does have size & length, rebounds well, protects the rim and step out and guard on the perimeter. Something few bigs in today’s game can do. Maybe a team like the Bucks will give him a look in the 2nd Round. Let him gain some experience playing in the G league until he developes.

IlladelphParticipantIt seems like he was overrated coming out of high school. Like Chase Jeter. Now that Duke is a one and done school, you shouldn’t go there unless you are an elite player because if you are not good enough, you won’t play. And Coach K is going to recruit over you and you may never get on the court if you are not the real deal. That’s why Derryck Thornton, Chase Jeter, and Jordan Tucker left. Eat or be eaten. No development. Just recruit OADs and reload every year.
