       Do you’re research Bud.. The Welfare System was the start and big business penal system came later to sustain..

      The Welfare system was systemically created so big goverment could create a path for co-dependency.

       

      Everything else is fall in to place after that..

     Robb C. Welfare was Created for Women & Children By president Roosevelt after the Depression. During that time Social Security was established for elderly people over 65. These dependent programs were created mostly for whites who were poor or lost everything becuz of the stock market crash which lead to the depression.  I said the Penal System becuz 1 out of every 11  black man is incarcerated. Nixon’s racist war on drugs was targeted towards arresting black men. Some have been arrested and tsentenced to yrs in prison for selling a dime bag . And now some states have places u can be marijuana.

      Heres a fun fact for you, Between 1950 and 1965, the proportion of people whose earnings put them below the poverty level had decreased by more than 30%.. The Black Poverty rate had been cut nearly in half between 1940-1960.

      Various skilled trades during the period of 1936-59 double among blacks. Roosevelt may have started the welfare system but Lyndon Johnson really exploded the Welfare Program which set up urban black communties for failure.. which created a black markets in these communties to sustain income, which led to increased crime and poverty as well as seperated households in these communties..
