R-Dot-13ParticipantFrom the players in the NBA, who do you all think will improve dramatically this season (EX. Danny Granger)
My picks are:
Anthony Randolph and Michael Beasley are ready to have breakout years.

.
randolph will be solid.

crazyknicksfanParticipantDanny Granger and Devin Harris

ckowalskiParticipantI think it might be time for greg oden to win this award, provided he can stay on the court.

R-Dot-13ParticipantGranger and Harris both had great years last year and will only get better this year.
Granger is the best player on his team, and is a great scorer.
Harris is becoming the first option on his team now, so watch his numbers rise.0 - Posted on: Tue, 07/21/2009 - 10:29am #186309

HaleParticipantHarris and granger broke out last year, I want to go out on a limb and say the kid from NY Gallinari. He is going to get big minutes and he won’t be hurt.

knicksfreakParticipantThis will be the year we can officially start calling Oden a bust.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 07/21/2009 - 10:30am #186313

R-Dot-13ParticipantI agree with Knicksfreak, Oden better show me something this year or he is definetly a bust in my mind
0 - Posted on: Tue, 07/21/2009 - 10:30am #186315

MagikKnickParticipantAnthony Randolph definetly has a crap load of potential
I like Michael Beasley, has a done of talent
JaVale McGee is a sleeper, with Etan Thomas & Oleksiy Pecherov gone, he should play ALOT more
Joe Alexander, Richard Jefferson gone, hes gotta step up
&Robin Lopez, he should fill the void that was Shaq
0 - Posted on: Tue, 07/21/2009 - 10:32am #186324

RickyRubio9ParticipantAaron Brooks and I know i’m biased, but another player I am looking forward to watching is Yi Jialian. I really think he has game and also Andrea Bargnani would’ve been great, but he has Hedo now.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 07/21/2009 - 10:34am #186328
ckowalskiParticipantI would have said Aaron Brooks as my 2nd choice simply because there’s no one else there to take responsibility for that team.

HaleParticipantI forgot about McGee and Oden, they should be high risers as well.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 07/21/2009 - 10:34am #186330

R-Dot-13ParticipantI also like
Aaron Brooks and Luis Scola from the Rockets to have good seasons
Without Yao and T-Mac they will carry the scoring load for the team. Also watch for Sessions if he signs with the Knicks, he could have a great year there.
Joe Alexander and Luc Richard Mbah a Moute, they will both fight for the starting job in Milwaukee
Robin Lopez will likely start in PHX will Shaq gone.

JNixonParticipantI think its Javale McGee and Anthony Randolph from what I saw in the summer league..
0 - Posted on: Tue, 07/21/2009 - 10:41am #186351

R-Dot-13ParticipantYeha I forgot Bayless, I really like his game and i think this is his year to show what he can do.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 07/21/2009 - 10:42am #186355

joeParticipantaron brooks and wilson chandler i think oden is still a bust
0 - Posted on: Tue, 07/21/2009 - 10:45am #186367
BasketballGuru24ParticipantAndre Barganani……..he was averaging nearly 20ppg , mid way through the season. He is showing great footwork for a center, probably the best playmaking ability from a center. He can shoot the 3 great, and has started to get to the line alot
Nick young Or javale Mcgee are both very talented…….and if they produce can be candidates to win the award

MagikKnickParticipantAlmost forgot about Brooks, a full season at starter should do him really good
0 - Posted on: Tue, 07/21/2009 - 10:53am #186396

JHong621ParticipantEveryone showing a lot of love to McGee which makes sense, but i gotta show love to another Wiz big. This is gonna come wayyyyy out of left field, but I gotta give some love to Andray Blatche. He showed flashes of brilliance last year, and hes still young, I think 22, maybe 23. Hes still growing, and the Wiz don’t have any 5s other then McGee (brendan hay-who?). The Wiz have some promise at the 5 position with those two. So it might not be the following year, but don’t sleep on Blatche!

RickyRubio9ParticipantGlad to see my choices were also choices of others as well.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 07/21/2009 - 11:02am #186433

cp5ParticipantI think he’ll step his game way up and avg. around 23 ppg 6 rpg 1.5 spg and 1 bpg
0 - Posted on: Tue, 07/21/2009 - 11:04am #186442

RickyRubio9Participantbut he is expected ot take the big leap every year, but someone comes along and ruins it.
Mayo – Last Year
Randolph – This Year
I just don’t see him doing it.0 - Posted on: Tue, 07/21/2009 - 11:35am #186563

WizardofOzParticipantThis will be Anthony Randolph’s and Javale McGee’s breakout year, especially seeing them do great in the summer league. Maybe this will also be Greg Oden’s year, but if he doesn’t do well this year or gets injured, we can officially start calling him a bust.
