what do you mean no trades have been done yet?? Or are you implying no ones SUGGESTED trades on these boards have gone through… Just curious cause trades have gone down this offseason.

I mean I threw out an idea that had been talked about with the Celts and Rockets trade, I was curious to hear thoughts, my intention was never to have an i told you so attitude if it was to go down. chill out

Calm down tim, would you like us to apologize because no NBA GM’s check the message board for trade ideas? (Although I wouldn’t be shocked if Chris Wallace checked in every once in a while). I’ll admit there can be some bogus ideas but there are actually some pretty fair ones from time to time. It’s just all in good fun, no need to snap because no one has correctly predicted and NBA trade, cool off man

when people post trades on here they usually dont think its serious, they just wanna no what other people think about and if it possibly could work.. is it a big problem that people wanna talk about what could happen and about other players instead of talking about all the old news and other stuff that already happened……

What I’ve come to realize is that most trades that are rumored don’t happen. It’s these trades that hit you out of nowhere.

Personally, I don’t like when people put up a post that looks like the trade actually happened. We probably need something put in the header of the post so that everyone knows that it is a suggested trade and not one that is being discussed or that is actually going to happen.

There is no reason to get bent out of shape over it. I doubt anyone means any harm by it. Besides this is the off season, so that type of stuff makes sense. I actually see some better trade ideas here than some of the ones that actually get pulled off. (i.e., the Gasol trade, Richard Jefferson for Yi and Bobby Simmons and going back a little further we have Dirk for Tractor Trailor.
