     Made some late mistakes in OT just to back it up with 2 straight 3 pointers to tie the game and finish with 43 points. Gasol with a lucky game winner wont overshadowed this performance. Wow.

    Epic stretch run by both teams!

    Kawhi was ON FIRE. Jordanesque. Gonna get an MVP award in the future if not this season.

     I watched a TON of SDSU games when he was in college.  Never in a million years did I imagine he could be this could.  NEVER.  He was always a freak of nature physically, but his skill level is in a whole different planet from the day he got drafted.

       I’m with you. I followed him pretty closely in college and never thought he’d reach this level.  I was skeptical of him as a prospect considering where he was projected to go, but as soon as SA drafted him I started to reasses my position.  But I still never thought he’d be a franchise player, I thought he’d be a solid role player ala a rick fox or robert horry or a defensive specialist like Tony Allen but with the ability to guard the 4. But I don’t think anybody predicted him becoming who he is today. And he still has room to grow…. and we have no reason to doubt that he will

    Kawhi is just amazing. I don’t know how anyone can not enjoy watching this guy. Even during the 2nd round last year when he straight bullied Ibaka and ripped the rebound from him, I was equally as impressed as I was annoyed at Ibaka for being so weak

    That said, we just gonna ignore the game Mike Conley had? Had the game tying shot and hit some big shots in OT to keep their lead

     I kinda hope the Grizzlies and Spurs merge just so Kawhi, Marc, and Conley can play on the same team. If you like stars who play fundamental basketball at the highest level those are the guys right there.

    I don’t see Memphis winning the series unless we steal game 5, but if we do I like our chances to get to the WCF. 

    And speaking of the WCF, Javale McGee has come up YUGE for the Warriors. Perfect skill set for them. Great chemistry with Draymond. Now they have the Bash Bros on the inside to complement the Splash Brothers on the outside. Iggy played well too. Those five might allow KD to just run the second unit with Ian Clark, ZaZa, David West, and Shaun Livingston.
