OhCanada-ParticipantYou confuse me. Your comparisons are god awful and youve been doing them for 10 years. You actually have pretty decent analysis but you may just be reaching for comparisons yet your draft rankings are all over the place. You cant be a troll because thats way to dedicated to be a troll.
So Ill just ignore the terrible comparisons and ask a few questions.
In what world do you see Fultz falling out of the top 5. He could have a major injury and still be top 10.
Joel Berry really? He is going to have a tough time being drafted.

r377ParticipantI think Kobyz is just thinking outside of the mainstream normal – some comparisons are interesting and not far off the mark.
I also like the fact you made a point of going IR (interracial) with some of the comparisons

holefillers1ParticipantThe next time Lonzo Ball plays defense will be the first. That’s an insult to the glove.
With that being said, I am also high on Tatum, Markksy, and Isaac…nice job

BallerScriptParticipantSome comparisons you have made are a little questionable but I can see where you are coming from.
Here are the ones that I have made so far and feel confident with:
- Markelle Fultz: Dwyane Wade
- Josh Jackson: Michael Finley/Marques Johnson
- Lonzo Ball: Jason Kidd/Derek Harper
- Dennis Smith: Kevin Johnson
- Jonathan Isaac: Andrei Kirilenko/Tayshaun Prince
- Jayson Tatum: Harrison Barnes
- De’Aaron Fox: Mike Conley/Gus Williams
- Malik Monk: Hersey Hawkins
- Lauri Markennan: Danny Ferry/Ryan Anderson
- Frank Ntilikina: Jeff McInnis/Danny Ainge (This is a tough comparison)
- Isaiah Hartenstein: Steve Stipanovich/Trey Lyles
- Miles Bridges:: Gerald Wallace
0 - Posted on: Sun, 03/12/2017 - 8:20pm #1093980

r377ParticipantFultz – D”Angelo Russell
Ball – Jason Kidd
Josh Jackson – Iggy / Gerald Wallace
Tatum – Caron Butler / Lamond Murray / Richard Jefferson (prime)
D Fox – John Wall
Dennis Smith – Kevin Johnson. I know Smith is heavier but the speed, explosion and taking to the hoop is KJ.
Isaac – Perry Jones. Before this gets negged. Jones was hyped on “potential” and didn’t really deliver in NCAA just like Isaac. Jones was also top 3 on mocks for much of his ncaa career.
Monk – Jamal Murray
Lauri – Bargs / Ryan Anderson / Brad Miller / Kaminsky
TJ Leaf – donatas motiejunas
Bam – Derrick Favors
Giles – Jermaine ONeal
Franky M – Dante Exum
Luke Kennard – If Joe Ingles and Craig Ehlo had a baby = Kennard
Garyson Allen – poor mans Danny Ainge
Jarret Allen – Myles Turner without the 3 ball
Justin Patton – John Henson
Thomas Bryant – Arnett Moultire
Josh Hart – Malcolm Brogdon
Jalen Brunson – homeless man’s Mike Conley
Ferguson – poor man’s KCP or poor man Gerald Henderson
Justin Jackson – Jeff Taylor
Bacon – Harold Miner / poor mans Jaylen Brown
Caleb Swanison – Sullinger / DeJuan Blair / Big Baby Davis / Terry Mills
Marques bolden (duke) – Desanaga Diop0- Posted on: Sun, 03/12/2017 - 9:31pm #1093981

BallerScriptParticipantI really don’t see the Fultz-Russell comparison but I’m interested. Would you care to persuade me?
0- Posted on: Sun, 03/12/2017 - 10:19pm #1093983

r377ParticipantSimilar size, can both shoot the 3 and similar passing style/ability and prob going to be 18/20-5-7/8 sort of guys in the pros.
Both can prob play SG also PG. Both have that same sort of laid back (low motor) attitude. Not really high fiving/pumped players trying to win and inspire a team (if they wanted to win a national championship they would of selecting better college teams). Both play harden like defense.
This is just college, Ive only seen one pro game of Russell’s

holefillers1ParticipantHarry Giles=Jermaine O’Neal?? O’Neal would go first overall in this draft. And your fifth rated prospect is Perry Jones?? This whole thing confuses me.

ConsiderableUpsideParticipantI am very interested in your Fultz / Sprewell comparison. Would you please explain? I’m confused on that, seems way off. I am too young to have seen Sprewell play much anytime before his time with New York. The lockout season when it was Knicks versus Spurs is my earliest memory of really watching him play. I did hear somewhere that Spree played some point guard in Golden State however. Anyway I’d like to hear more. Not to start an argument necessarily, I’m just really curious.

kobyzParticipantSprewell was a pure athlete, complete player, great scorer from many spots and levels on the floor, playmaker from the sg position but not a floor general, great combination of finesse and aggressiveness, great open floor player, I see Fultz having attributes that he should model his game like Sprewell…
