the joker is playing at an all-star level, if he had had 3-4 more weeks he would have made it, anyways he’ll be an all-star next year..

    last month he’s put charles barkley mvp’s numbers: 23.9 ppg/11.1 rb/4.9 ast/1.4 blk/1.1 st/FG% 60.9/FT% 87.2

and all this while winning games, carrying the team to the playoffs and making everyone around him look a lot better.

he’s becoming everything people thought demarcus cousins or kevin love would be..that means a guy that is able to put massive numbers while carrying his team to the playoffs..love couldn’t do it and cousins still hasn’t been able to do it after 7 years while jokic is on his path to do it at just 21..

cousins and jokic are the antithesis as players..their games look similar but cousins is the definition of inefficiency and not only can’t win and is unable to make others better but players don’t wan’t to play next to him, while jokic is ridiculously efficient and not only makes everyone around him better but everyone loves to play next to him.

i’m gonna throw a bold prediction and say that denver makes the playoffs and nikola jokic wins the MIP award…

I don’t think it’s fair compare him to Cousins and Loves situations because the nuggets can play 11 deep

Since when did Denver and Jokic make the playoffs? We’re just over half way through the season and Denver is in contention for the 8th seed with 5 other teams, so you might just wanna slow your roll.

Agreed about Jokic being a monster but completely disagree with the disrespect to Boogie. Who’s the best teammate he’s ever had, Rudy Gay? Best PG was IT but he wasn’t the guy he is today, other than that it’s rookie Tyreke Evans and Darren Collison. I haven’t heard anyone ever say they dislike playing with him. Only an all-time great could’ve taken these Kings teams to the playoffs or even made them watchable

The Nuggets in the post-Melo days have been stuck in the middle becasue they’ve got a nice collection of talent but no "superstar"…

not sure if Jokic is a "superstar" but he sure looks like he’s on his way to that level. Just another young stud big man for the league which I love.
