CU.LIONSParticipantI loved Embiid in college and always loved his potential. He also seems like a great kid/person. As a Boston fan I will natrally pull for Philly to lose. But I will personally root for Embiid. Wish Boston had him.

The crazy thing is that OKC has one of the biggest front courts in the NBA & they are Strong defensively & Embiid absolutely Shredded Kanter & Adams
And they fouled him constantly & the Refs were not giving Embiid a lot of calls that were Definite fouls that he Will get once he’s earned some street cred with the Refs
But his array of moves are outrageous – I mean he just rose up whenever he wanted & got any & every shot he wanted – he’s really rusty & not in basketball shape & he’s really the Only player on that team & they Still could not stop him. This kid runs the floor like a Grey hound, intimidates Everyone at the Rim & he Is an excellent passer too
When Simmons gets on the court w/ Embiid it’s going to be a Freak show. I’ve been Ishing on Phila fans for 4 years since the day we Fleeced them w/ Andrew Bynum but I’m an opposing fan & that’s what we do to each other – it’s all in good fun – but wow they have something Very special

llpereza more appropriate title would be “legend begins” not continues, i dont think embid has done enough to establish himself as a legend already.
WIth that said, i saw the first half tonight, he looked great. I loved him at kansas too, thought he was the no brainer #1 pick IF health wasnt an issue. Even bill self carefully monitored his minutes at KU, was only playing him around 20 minutes a game and not for long stretches and he still couldnt get through a college season. Lets hope he can stay healthy now because i really do think he could be an elite player.
