I’m sure you are limited as far as the resources you can use to really enhance your site.

As of right now, it just really isn’t that appealing. Needs some more color for the homepage. If you could move your first two paragraphs, the one about why you made the site and the one about you needing writers, to another link or remove it altogether. Most people don’t care about that stuff and don’t want to have to scroll all the way down the page to get to what they really want to see. You really want your page to jump out at your viewer as soon as the page loads. Some of your article/headlines could use a little bit of format polishing. I’m sure I could be a lot pickier, but I will leave it at that for now.

But with that said. Its refreshing to see someone attempt to cover and write basketball articles about NBA, College, AND International on a regular basis. That is something that many of these basketball dedicated websites don’t do.

Lastly, I will give you the reasons I visit certain sites on a regular basis. The site is able to gather a great amount of “breaking news” articles. While they may not be the first to break the news for every story, they still have a large amount of fresh stories. Also, the website is appealing with either great analysis or great features. And just as important, it is easy to find what I’m looking for.

Knicksboy, thats a really cool site, is one thing to have an idea like that, but its pretty cool for you too see it through, im sure it will only get better

it all matters if you enter it in you blog or a different page. if its your blog just copy and paste the code and if its a different page click the html and then enter it its 8×61

on the far right right of the options youll see the html click and the paste it ( dont delete the html that alreade comes up) i thought you didnt have to do that but i was wrong.

you should communicate over email….cuz that’s much easier/faster, etc and then you wont get kicked off the site

you guys should have ONE site, not two, since they both do basically the same thing… neither site will take off if you guys have to split the ppl who will actually contribute/visit your site. it’s economics….

it is silly though that u guys are both wasting time to make basically the same site. say it’s taken you both 20 hours to make two sites that look just the same… imagine what you could have accomplished with 40 hours devoted to ONE site?

and just think if the people that are on yours, but that aren’t on Q’s and vice versa could connect? maybe that’d create a spark? just a thought…

Nice improvements on the site. I agree with badger, it would be beneficial if you two could work on one site together.

Now I’m not 100% on this, but Knicksboy, from what I seen you might want to go through your website and cite where you got some of your images and other information. Unless you took those images yourself, you need to put a caption below the images stating the source of those images. I’m pretty sure those images are copyrighted and if the original photographer found out you were using them without their permission (or without citing where you got the picture) then it could get ugly.

Also, I noticed you have the 2010 Outstanding Trades chart ripped right from nbadraft.net. That is also copyrighted.

hahaha well, unless knicksboy is rich it couldn’t get that ugly, he’d probably just have to take the copywritten material off of his site. lol. what are they gonna sue him for? lol i doubt any of us NBAdraft.net posters have much money/assets
