WolfRisingParticipantAm i the only one that is surprised he can only get the minimum in this environment? I was really hoping my wolves would roll the dice, and the minimum is zero risk. I know he has been injury prone and last year was not good, but he is a modern 4, who is 24. I think the Pels will wish they signed him for longer.

Chilbert arenasParticipantI’m still high on Jones. I thought he got a raw deal but hope it keeps him hungry to prove people wrong.

WolfRisingParticipantI just see him as the type of guy you need to get in on. Look at the nets offseason, they are trying to find diamonds in the rough for $10 million a year. $1.5 mil is what you pay a rookie who hasn’t shown anything in the league or what you pay someone with no upside potential.

kobyzParticipantHe come after a nerve injury, putting his career in doubt, teams don’t want to take risk with that…

cozmojimParticipantMight be a smart move by him to take the small 1year deal on a squad where he should have a nice opportunity for playing time. If he shows he’s healthy, and plays good he’ll be in for a big payday next year.

wonzi_bellsParticipantYeah, one of the biggest upside players this off-season. He really should be as good as Markieff Morris but the last two years, he’s had so many set-backs and just got lost in the shuffle in Houston.
I wanted him in Minnesota too but apparently the word is basically he’s a "locker-room cancer. "
