     Do you agree with this or not? The refs dileberately ended an SL game. Obviously the league wants to avoid overtime as a way to prevent fatigue/injuries but they ruined a very fun game that I spent a few bucks worth of data on my mobile phone watching. Kinda upset me.

    Wolves vs Raptors. Rapd down 3 and Norman Powell hits a 25 foot jumper highly contested and physical defense to tie the game with 20 seconds left. Eventually Minnesota had last possession with 1 second left on an inbound. Tyus Jones caught the ball on the inbound pumpfaked and hung his foot out about 3-4 feet to his right to initiate contact with Moriera on the jump shot. It was obviously not a foul and something that could warrant a tech or fine in regular season play but they called it to avoid overtime.

    Problem was both teams really wanted to win and a lot of the D-League players proved the y can play team/winning basketball. They caught hard and defended well last possession for OT. What does this teach the players. Should have let them play the OT in my opinion.

     game so you got your money’s worth. I know the end might have left you unsatisfied but that’s only b/c both teams played so well you wanted more – that’s a good thing.

    I’d focus more on that

    And im not sure tyus actually did it on purpose to draw a foul He was moving hard to his left and stopped on a dime and went up to shoot but saw the defender last second and tired to keep his pivot foot which caused him to be off balance. You try running full speed then coming to a jump stop on one foot while pump faking a shot, your off foot might come way off the ground too. Still clearly not a foul on the defender, but i dont think you could say it would warrant a tech or a fine on tyus either.

     It was definitely a foul, a great play by Jones. The ref can’t see in real time that Tyus stuck his leg out.
