valentineOn my TV, and it’s with this channel only, the aspect ratio is off, and it’s hard on my eyes. Does anybody else have this problem?

Magic JordanParticipantThis happens when the aspect ratio on your tv is different than the aspect ratio being transmitted. In a lot of cases their are ways the behavior will default, and adjust the screen accordingly by cutting off the sides and filling almost the entire screen. Sometimes in a less optimal solution you will instead get black bars.
Do you know if your tv is 4:3 or 16:9? Or other?
