Phoenix taking Kris Dunn? Why? They have Bledsoe and Knight yet they have a gaping hole at the power forward position and two very quality bigs in Chriss and Bender are readily available at that spot
I don’t think Buddy Hield goes 3rd
Michael Gbinije in the 1st round?
Ante Zizic slipping out of the 1st? Hernangomez also? Those guys are great draft n stash picks for teams who don’t want to pay rookies.
Denver taking Bender, Richardson and Zubac? So not one player who’s ready to contribute right away?
Taurean Prince and Wade Baldwin will go in the first round. Diamond Stone wont.
Zhou Qi 43rd? No.

JordanC20ParticipantIt would not surprise me to see Gbinije go into the 1st round actually…there’s always a surprise guy…Eyenga, Solomon Hill, Miles Plumlee, and even Jimmy Butler. Gbinije can really shoot the ball and is set to make an impact for a team right away only knock on him is he’s slightly older than everyone else..pretty safe pick.

A week before the draft ironically both players are slotted to the Nuggets and Bulls. I was in the company of the entire Nuggets upper Management and they seemed high on Bender..

Anton123ParticipantThe site seems to have crushes on some players every year, this year its Buddy Hield and Yabusele. There have been articles on both these palyers and they have been very high on the mocks all year. I’m guessing the final mock draft will be much different from what it is right now, like it often is.
Last year it was Norman Powell, he was mocked to go in the lottery or first round almost the whole year, but was moved to early second in the end.

JoeWolf1Teams with multiple picks are more than likely going to be involved in trades. When it comes to teams like Denver, I have no issue with not addressing team needs. Denver, Boston, and Philly are going to be trading baseball caps next Thursday.
