TheGuyParticipantOn the brink of the elimination on the road, your season on line everyone waiting for Golden State to lose so they can crush them, your team is down in the game and DAMN this dude showed what he’s made of. Dude isn’t scared. Team was struggling and it was looking like OKC would pull away and the dude just put up 3 after 3 and kept draining him. Just unfazed, 11 3’s and 41 points. Curry is the MVP and the best player, but Thompson saved Golden State’s season.

circumlocution75ParticipantNothing like I saw 2nite…….. Klay Thompson just reached LEGEND status……. & Steph Curry was Not hitting but he stayed under control & got others involved & filled up that stat sheet in Other ways……….
And Steph played Great Defense on Westbrook……. & then when his team needed him Most Curry just caught Fire & Lit up OKC……..Westbrook played a Brilliant game of Point Guard…….
& Kevin Durant played perhaps the Worst Big game I have Ever seen……. He completely Forced Bad shot after Bad shot……. OKC failed to register a Single assist in the 4th QTR……
KD must have been listening to that Know Nothing Moron on espn2 Skip Bayless about "Clutch Genes" & "a Super Star has gotta take control of a Big game…"…….
It is the Absolute Wrong thing to do……… B/c KD Never got his teammates involved Every time he touched the ball in the 4th QTR they all just Stopped moving b/c they assumed (correctly) that KD was Not even Looking to pass……
Basketball is a TEAM game & the Warriors are the Best TEAM…….. say goodbye to the Thunder………….

CU.LIONSParticipantOnce upon a time there was talk about Kevin Love (while on Minny) for Klay Thompson. Wow, good thing GS never made that trade.

OhCanada-ParticipantWarriors didn’t even consider it and it was the right move but Love was putting up some ridiculous statlines and considered one of the league’s best players. I think he has taken some steps back in Cleveland.

kobyzParticipantWe can close the nba, even after warriors that series and what happened, and warriors still coming up on top, they have seen it all, nothing gonna prevent them from winning 5 straight titles…

Anton123Participant“Basketball is a TEAM game & the Warriors are the Best TEAM…….. say goodbye to the Thunder………….”
This is absolutely dumb. Both the Thunder and Cavaliers obviously play better TEAM basketball than GS, while GS launches crazy threes all game. It works, but that’s not what you call a better TEAM.0- Posted on: Sun, 05/29/2016 - 1:21am #1067570
ChicagoCaseyParticipantCan you please go farther into the "The Thunder and Cavs play better TEAM basketball than the Warriors". I can see the Cavs because of this postseason run you can say that, but the Thunder….Naw. The Warriars are not just some jump shooting team even though they can make tons of threees on any given night. You don’t win 73 games in the regular season w/o being able to play great team basketball.

Anton123ParticipantI am going by their playoff performances. Thunder has been sharing the ball better and playing better defence than Golden State this series. The Cavs have been sharing the ball really well as well. Both the Thunder and the Cavs are also playing with a lot more effort and hustle – diving for loose balls and fighting on the glass.
Meanwhile Golden State gets a ton of buckets off of contested threes and threes of the dribble by Curry, I’m not sure how that’s better TEAM basketball.

ChicagoCaseyParticipantKlay had a phenomenal game and that was one of the best postseason games that I watched. But, we also have to get a lot of credit to Iggy. People would say that Kevin Durant choked, but Iggy played outstanding defense the last few minutes a game. That was one of the better defensive jobs i have seen this entire postseason.
Getting back to Klay, It seemed like he didn’t even have to look at the rim and the ball would still go in. He’s having an outstanding postseason and he’s a major reason that the Warriors are still in the playoffs, he’sclearly been the best player on the Warriors this series. He struggled last postseason, but he is redeeming his self and is looking like a totally different player this postseason.
