BasterdInABasketParticipantLet’s say Toronto finishes off Cleveland and heads to the Finals.. Finish the sentence: Toronto would be the worst finals team since _________.
07 Cavaliers? 99 Knicks? Any other recent teams? Or further back?
Not trying to knock Toronto here as they did get the 2 seed and a game within Cle but let’s be honest this isn’t a powerhouse team like recent Lebron, Kobe Lakers and Spurs team that were used to seeing in the finals.

BiggaveliiiParticipantLol if Toronto does beat this cleveland team that statement shouldnt be valid. But "worst" since possibly Orlando or Philly

mamadouParticipantCavs 2015(love, varejao, irving, injured shumpert).
It was still the best team the warriors faced in 2 years of playoffs greatness, before the thunder….LOL.

llperezsince ive been watching
’91 lakers-team was old and past the showtime days and had some major injuries. Needed a buzzer beating 3 from sam perkins to just get 1 game from jordan’s bulls
’99 knicks. An 8 seed during a watered down lockout shortened season. Solid gaurds in sprewell and houston, but really not a very good team
2001 sixers. Great defensive team with guys like snow, mutombo, lynch and mckie and had iverson who could get 40 any given night, but just really not a dominant team in any shape or form. They were capable of losing to anyone at any time.
2002 nets. See ’01 sixers but i actually think this nets team was even a little worse then those sixers.
2007 cavs. I seriously dont think this team would have gotten out the first round in the west that year, by far the easiest series the spurs had all playoffs.
2009 magic. Well put together group with dwight and hedo both playing best ball of their careers. But when your best players are dwight and hedo, yeah you arent that good.

Dazzling Dunks and Basketball BloopersParticipant91 Lakers got handled by Chicago in the finals due to some injuries but that was still a very solid team overall. They were very impressive in knocking off a Portland team in the west finals that year that was absolutely loaded and most people gave them no shot to beat. They still had magic at the tail end of his prime and a very strong overall frontcourt with worthy, Perkins, divac, a.c. Green. I wouldn’t put them on the list with those other teams.

SeattleSuperChronicsParticipant02 nets…when Kerry Kittles is your second best player

llperezkittles was at best the 4th best player behind kidd, martin and jefferson. Possibly even behind van horn but thats debateable. But yeah that team wasnt very good, defenitely one of the worst. They didnt even have a good bench, i believe lucious harris was their 6th man lol.

ExumInfernoParticipantI was going to say Nets. Probably don’t have to worry about Toronto getting there and having to fill in the sentence.
