daggers818ParticipantAs the draft order is revealed, let’s assume the order has gone as predicted by record from the 14th pick down through the 5th pick. If the 4th pick is revealed to be Philly’s, will the audience know at that point whether it’s Philly’s own #1 slotted pick which has fallen to 4th (meaning Phoe, Bos, and L.A. has jumped them) OR the Lakers pick which has fallen out of the top three and is being conveyed to Philly with Philly still having their own pick yet to be determined within the top 3? Hope this makes sense.
If it happens this way, and we don’t know as I’ve described, the drama will be crazy for us in L.A.!!

KHAM83ParticipantIf it’s LA’s pick, the guy would say "Los Angeles, which will be conveyed to the Philadelphia 76ers"

Hype MachineLakers and 76ers fans are going to get real nervous when they don’t call the Jazz’s name at pick 12.
1 in 40 chance…..about the same as picking a number in roulette.
Damn….I never win at roulette.

HitsterParticipantGood question and thanks for clearing it up, the Lakers have most to lose of course if their pick goes across. Philly would probably settle on a top 2 pick for their own chances if offered a choice.
The Denver and Knicks pick with the lesser going to Toronto and Denver retaining the best could be fun to watch. Both Denver and Toronto could be winners, long shot but both could end up in top 3. Also if Knicks pick goes top 3, Toronto assume Denver pick so gain a spot or two.
