holefillers1ParticipantNow that the dunk contest is set, how do feel about the participants? I Can’t figure why Drummond is in this thing. Maybe he will honor Daryl Dawkins and seperate the rim from the backboard. Gordon and Barton have a chance unless Lavine puts more power behind his dunks. He makes it look so easy that you almost expect more. I will finish with this. Since only four players participate the format should be H.S. College. DLeague. NBA. One from each. This year would have been Kwe Parker, Derrick Jones Jr, DJ Stephens and of course Zach Lavine.

Hype MachineI think Lavine is so good that most other dunkers doubt their ability to beat him and wont enter.
I still believe theres dunks we havent seen yet…particularly from a guy with lavines hangtime.

Knicks44ParticipantI was very surprised that Drummond was in the dunk contest but I found a video of a dunk contest at UConn in 2011 and I must he was pretty impressive. I think he can come up with something interesting because it seems like he is very springy and pretty agile for his size. I don’t think that he can compete with Zach Lavine but it’ll be fun seeing a big guy in a dunk contest.
