Don’t think he comes out till next year or his senior year but Bryant Macintosh from Northwestern has a really well rounded game, has a great floater, gets into the lane well, good first step and above average quickness, smart decision maker, good shooter, takes care of the ball, gets his teammates involved really well. I think he’s a good value pick in the second round if you are looking for a backup point, and I think he has a long career in the NBA as a second string point.

    Dejan Vaseljevic

Best Shooter in international basketball. Currently officially visiting Stanford and Miami. Lots of Mario Bellenelli to his game.

Known to hit clutch 3’s and score in bunches.

Malcolm brogdan-virginia( guy is a big physical wing, can score at all 3 levels, is a tough defender & although being an older senior might hurt his draft status if he does make it to the league whether by draft or free agency being older might help him immediately competition wise vs other players

Devauntes smith rivera-georgetown( dude can play both guard positions although I think he(maybe) getting away with playing pg cause he is so good vs other college players either way his frame should allow him a chance coupled with his outside shooting

Amile jefferson-duke(,see a lot of grit in him ala lance smith, will he extend his scoring to the 3, who knows but he definitely can rebound against anyone, and his first step on his drives are lethal

Ben bentil-providence( this guy lis a matchup nightmare. He can shoot, drive, rebound, athletic, & can plat and guard multiple positions. Kris dunn is undoubtedly the man at providence, but without bentil’s help providence would not be as good

Jaylen Jones-Texas a&m( much like the guy previously analyzed this guy does a lot of the same things. He has actually been a more consistent scorer than danuel house so far, who by the way is projected as a fringe late 1st/late 2nd round guy

Jake layman-maryland(still has potential to get better to me. His 3pt shot at times is shakey but if he can improve his dribble a little more & work on his lateral quickness, I think he could be a problem on offense. Size vs  wings& speed vs 4s.

Ryan spangler-oklahoma(great on putbacks because he is a awesome rebounder, can shoot, tough. I see the potential for a stretch 4 in the league except like some he will bang for rebounds after shots go up.

I haven’t seen him in person, but I’ve noticed that he was a 2nd rounder in a few previous mock drafts.  I’m a student worker for the men’s basketball team at Georgia Southern so I’ll get to see him play up close tonight.  He definitely has the size at 6"10 250 and after tonight I get to see what his skill set is like.

Nice, let us know how he looks after the game. Since you go to Georgia Southern I have a question for you about Eric Ferguson. He looked like an NBA prospect a few years back and then last year his game fell off. Any news from the inside on what happen to him? Did his arrest from last summer have anything to do with it?

Long dominated last night with 23 points and 17 rebounds.  He has a nice mid range game and hit a 3 (didn’t know he had range).  He is definitely going to play professional rather it’s the NBA or Euro leagues. I could see him going late 2nd round.  Although he played against a rebuilding young team I could definitely see that he had nice size and a better than advertised skill set.

Eric was not 100% last year I’ve been told.  He was playing through injuries the entire season, but yes his game did fall off alot last year.  He looked lost on the court alot last year and it seemed like he played with a lower iq during his SR year compared to his previous years.  I’ve had classes with Eric but I don’t know what was going on with him last year.  IMO it could be anything from chemistry issues with the team from the arrest, injuries, or playing less aggressive because he wasn’t fully healed.  He is currently playing in Argentina and doing pretty well.

Georges Niang is also shockingly not on the top 100…He will make a roster, Boris Diaw / Corliss Williamson-esque

Zubac is on their big board.

I don’t quite understand the big board.  It’s labeled 2016 big board, so I’m assuming it’s a big board for the 2016 draft?  Yet there are a bunch of names who would have no business entering the 2016 while leaving off a bunch of seniors who actually have a shot at getting drafted.

If this is just a player ranking that is not specifically for the 2016 draft alone, I’d also keep an eye on guys like:

    Malcolm Hill

    Paris Bass

    Patrick McCaw

    Josh Hart

    Jordan Woodard

    Chinanu Onuaku

What happened to his stock? He’s filling the stat sheet, I know his jumper needs work but he does a LOT tor his team, scoring, defending the other teams top scorers, good rebounder, point forward potential, good size. I like him as an early second rounder.

Nah.  Didn’t he just get waived by his D-League team? This after looking like a scrub and being in and out of the rotation.  IDK what’s going on with that kid, if he’s injured, ill or whatever but that ship is sailing, fast.

I used to really like his physical tools and creativity, but sadly I think he’s too dumb and surrounds himself with the wrong people.  To me he was a kid who needed to be uprooted and moved far away from home so he could just focus on basketball. He missed that opportunity by choosing to stay on the east coast.

I’m not trying to sht on him or kick him while he’s down, but serious question that I’ve wondered about him, does he have some sort of learning disability?

When he was at St. John’s I wondered why he was being sheltered from talking to the media and prevented from  giving interviews so I looked up some videos of him and I could see why.  Kid was super rough around the edges as a person.  Then after he got drafted by the D-League I was looking for updates on him bc I was wondering why he was hardly playing after being selected high in their draft.  Couldn’t find any so I went straight to his twitter and I was like damn… I felt embarassed for him.

He’s got physical talent for sure, but doesn’t appear to be much upstairs.  Players still can get in the league even if they’re dumb as a rock ( just look at D.Rose), but they need that opportunity and luck.  Rysheed blew his opportunity to get his foot in the door.  IDK what his situation is, but if you have NBA aspirations, you don’t get waived by a freaking D-League team months after getting selected high in their draft.

RUDEBOY mentioned Sumner but I’d also add Trevon Bluiett 6-6 sophomore wing from Xavier. Leads the team in scoring with 15.6 PPG and having a breakout season. Reminds me a bit of Trevor Ariza. Could come back for his junior season but would be a nice 2nd round pickup for a team in need of wing depth.
