Jimmy Butler just turned in one of the greatest halves of basketball I’ve ever seen and it was against my Raps. After the first half the Raptors had a huge lead against the Bulls and it seemed they would be able to control them at home. But then Jimmy got buckets and more buckets and more buckets.
It’s important to note recently in their one on one matchups Derozan has been handling him but in the second half of this game something clicked and Butler blew up. He ended up scoring 40 points in the half and leading Chicago to a 2 point victory closing the game late.
He broke the Bulls record for most points in the half with Jordan scoring 39 and cemented his spot as best SG in the East against rival competition Demar Derozan.
I used to like Jimmy Butler but that’s over.

Wow, what a half. The Bulls’ locker room appears to be in shambles Butler is apparently the source of a fair amount of that, but if he’s having games like this he deserves to talk a little.

Had a great 2nd half but would get way more publicity if he hadn’t only score 2 points in the first half 40 in a game is always good but when you get 40 in one half I’m looking for 60 plus in the boxscore

I think he is the best shooting guard in the league, I also feel like its time to move on from rose. He is hindering his production and growth.
