high floorParticipantThis guy can flat out coach. The Pacers come out with zero spirit in tonight’s game and they find themselves down 21 points with a good amount of clock left in the 1st quarter. Vogel calls timeout, has some choice words for his starters, and then rallies his group to go on a ridiculous 39-4 run to put his team up 14. They never looked back afterward.
Vogel is a damn good coach, and deserves all the credit he’s received thus far for Indiana’s successful start. He just seems to squeeze the most possible from the roster he’s been given time and again.

UncledrewParticipantVogel is a top 5 coach in the league. Obviously popovich is the best then Vogel, Brad Stevens, mike budenholzer and Rick Carlisle in some order. Other coaches have more championships like Doc and Spo but these guys make a living off getting more production with less talented teams.

zcnumerounoParticipantLet’s not forget that he made Lance Stephenson look like the next triple-double threat star in the league. Look where he is now without Vogel (and Bird I guess).
