J-CHRISTOSParticipantSince Chris Paul has proven himself,it seems like pgs more highly touted,my guess Chris Paul won’t be the best pg in the next 3-5 years, look at the guards who came out this year and John Wall next year, check youtube for Chris Paul or Derrick Rose. Chris Paul was talking about how much faster and athletic Derrick Rose was compare to him and how in the next few years Rose could be better than him, there are guards coming up with more potential than Rose. What do you think

bluedevils12Participanti believe that there will always be good point gguards in the league. i dont think it would be too far fetched too think in a few years cp wont even be an all star anymore. people are really intrigued by athletic fast point guards. i also dont think it would be a strecth 2 say pretty soon every team will have a good point guard. guys such as jameer nelson or anybody we think is pretty good now could be mediocre in a in 5 years and riding the bench. but i still reserve the rite 2 believe there will never be another deron williams. haha

Stanford hoopsParticipanti doubt if paul isnt a all star in a couple of years..there have always been athletic point guards but most awhiles back were moved over to the shooting guard position because of how athletic they are..rplus there arent many like rose out there so hes the exception not the rule

OldSkoolBasketballParticipantAll star point guards haven’t led a team to a title for a while now since Billups was in Detroit. Its all about the big man.

Mr.Duke 1426ParticipantOn all of the teams with the players you just named didn’t win until they got a good big man. Pierce had KG Kobe had gasol and Dwade had shaq. I agree though josh you do know your stuff. What league do you say you play in?

Mr.Duke 1426ParticipantAnd yes you are correct. That arguement is impossible to end. Hopefully I’ll be able to go on a scouting trip to Europe again soon and I could check you out. I’m looking at you stats and it looks like your a pretty good all around player for you position.
