I was just watching some highlights, and no exaggeration, I don’t believe I’ve ever seen a player at this age with as good an off-hand as Simmons does now, Its incredible. He finishes AND passes well with either hand. This kid is going to be special! Can’t wait to watch him at LSU!

You’re right. Someone will post in this thread about how he cant shoot or isn’t athletic enough…

Truth is he’s going to be the best player in College, go #1 in the draft and make several All-NBA 1’st Teams.

There’s never been anyone at 6’10". 240lb outta high school with that kind of playmaking ability. Closest comparisons are Magic and Lebron. I’ll get negged for that comparison but thats the kind of impact I expect at NBA level.

My question where do you see his nba position small forward or power forward?

Thats the thing, a couple of years ago being a "tweener" used to be a negative attribute, but in the pace and space era of the nba this guy can dominate. He can defend 3’s or 4’s because he’s 6"10 and has good lateral quickness. Just imagine him grabbing a rebound and busting it out coast-to-coast, it’ll be hard to stop. He can finish with EITHER hand, and his ability to find the open man is truly special. Watch him develop, franchise altering talent!

I won’t be surprised if we see him playing a LeBron like 4 game. Not as much bully ball, of course, but I can see his game being more about finesse. He’s going to be special.

I think it’s a year to get a really good offensive weapon. Simmons can run your offense. Skai can score in all different ways. Jaylen Brown can score at will (I think he’s a lot more than the dunker people call him). Perhaps the best scorer will be the dainty Brandon Ingram. He can score whenever he wants. And he’s insanely long. If my favorite team needed was short on scoring I’d want that guy. Sixers should take note.

Can’t wait to see Simmons in a Sixers uniform. Seems like he’s better than anyone in this year’s draft and right there with Wiggins as far as prospects since LeBron came out.

Simmons looks special and love the size he has. @ballgawd what highlights were you watching? The ones under his profile?
