     Denver picked Mudiay, a good young, pure point guard who should do well in the NBA. Whats more intriguing here is the fact that they will probably struggle next year and be in the lottery and they hold the Knicks 2016 first round pick. I think its safe to assume the knicks are going to struggle big time next year if they don’t add any big free agents. The Nuggets could very well hold the 2 picks in the top 5 and one of them could be Ben Simmons. Sucks to be a knick fan.

     The Knicks are hard to predict. They have tons of cap space and will burn through it. It may not be wise from the standpoint that it could get them stuck in hte middle, but that also means they won’t be picking in the top 5. 

    My guess is they are better next year and probably picking between 10-17 (16/17) puts them as a 7ish seed in the East which is sadly doable.

    I’m thinking more between 3 and 6 for the lottery. I think portzingis is too young and raw to make an impact. I also think New York is going eat him alive and label him a bust quickly. New York fans have no patience. Melo is pissed and Phil might be gone in 2 years so I think this whole season is going to be a train wreck. Fisher will probably be fired mid season and Melo will want out.

    Both teams will likely have playoff aspirations although at this time they also both look like lottery teams.

     I still like Will Barton.  That could be a nutso backcourt if either guy can hit a jumper.  

    That Nursuf guy inside looks promising.  

    They need to trade Lawson and Faried and Gallo ASAP, get some run and gun guys and try to put up 125 a night.

    they look like they could end up turning into the Bizarro 76ers.  Also can’t wait for the inevitable Nuggets-Sixers scoring games of 200-50.  And I am sure they would each win a game 200 to 50.  

    We may stand witness to Bizarro ’86 Celtics and Bizarro ’96 Bulls 82 games a year in the Assocation next season.
