valentine…if Ben Simmons and Andrew Wiggins decided to play for the US team in the olympics? They technically can since they both have American citizenship.

KingslayerParticipantI can’t speak for how Aussies would view Simmons. As a Canadian and Toronto native that grew up 15 min down the road from him, it would be bittersweet. It would be great to see Wiggins develop into the caliber of player that could earn a spot on the talent-rich U.S. Olympic team, but highly disappointing that he did not play for his home country.
Having said that, it is extremely doubtful that he would ever do so. He is a huge supporter of Canadian basketball and will be the face of Canadian basketball for the next decade.
