dbeal21ParticipantAlright bare with me on this crazy yet awesome thought I had. What if Kevin Love had a master plan to leave MN, get them assets to compete, and come back all while F’ing over Cleveland? Mn got Wiggins for him and now have the #1 pick. With there current roster and the #1 pick we owe 63 million in salaries next year. cap is projected at 68-69 million. Obviously there is a bunch of ways this could workout, amnesty somebody, trade somebody. What if he came back? Just a fun thought and this is the lineup we would have.
C-(Towns/Okafor) /Dieng
PF-Love /Payne /Garnett
SF-Wiggins /Muhammed
SG-Martin / Lavine
PG-Rubio / Rookie or free agent
Give me a thumbs down if you love’d it, thumbs up if you like’d it.

Memphis MadnessParticipantThat would be hilarious.
Kevin Love then needs to do a DECISION. Only both cities will burn the place down where ever he decides to go.
Get Okafor.
Okafor and Love probably can’t guard anybody inside but many they could score!
Oh, and Kevin Love brings Matthew Dellavadova along with him to be their backup point guard.
Hey, that might be the only thing that derails this Warriors juggernaut.

goddagParticipantI think if you ask most people in MN, they don’t want him back. His defense is terrible. I think everyone in Cleveland knows that now, also.
And they like what they have now.0 - Posted on: Wed, 06/17/2015 - 10:12am #990872

SantaTheClauseParticipantFrom Minnesota, Pretty sure everyone here would welcome him back and laugh at Cleveland. I just think Love and Towns would compliment eachother to a ridiculous extent.

Memphis MadnessParticipantProbably what will happen is the Cavs sign and trade Kevin Love for David Lee, the 30th pick, Festus Ezeli, James McAdoo, and a future 2nd round pick plus cash (not necessarily in that order).
That might actually be a solid trade for the Cavs.

Too FastParticipantEasily welcome him back. I’ve been thinking this idea since the trade happened in August last year. It would be the best con of all time. Check please!

FrozetoesParticipantHe can go to a another team that’s ready to contend, the Wolves are not.
Funny how much his time in Clevland has destroyed his Rep in the league. He went from being considered a top ten talent, to people on this site saying he’s worth David Lee and crap.
After watching him for years, I’ll tell you that the dudes a hell of a basketball player. All people do is b**ch about his lack of defense, how many players in the NBA care about D, not many IMO. He’s made millions by scoring 20+pts and 10+rbd most nights (I saw him go for 40/40), that’s something not many players can do, that’s why he’s rich!
I’m not a big fan of his, but I’ll keep it real about his talent.

dcaseParticipantYes Love was a 20pts/10reb machine while with Minny…..but he never put up 40 and 40 in a game. Those are Wilt like numbers.

wonzi_bellsParticipantIt wasn’t 40/40… It was 30/30, which is still ridicious. First and only player to do that in 35 years.

BlueLacesParticipantMy favorite thing of that box score outside the 30/30 game is Beasley dropping 35 pts.
