Jahlil Okafor to my knicks?

I have heard a lot of rumors of the Sixers interest in Porzingis but a reliable source has told me that the Sixers would draft Okafor at 3 if Russell is gone even if it is just to trade him. I say there is less than a 5 percent chance that Okafor drops to 4.

 Lakers may also know that 76ers really want Russell and draft him to try and force a trade with 76ers and pick up some of those 2nd round picks from Philly along with Okafor.

They could become a version of the Memphis front court with 2 bulls down in the paint…

I think the Knicks select Kristaps Porzingas 4th if they keep the Pick, but they could draft Mudiay and trade him to Denver for Lawson and Willy Trill, assuming they sign Monroe they’d have a front court of Melo, Monroe and WCS with Lawson and Hardaway Jr. on the wings…

If they elect to draft a Big (Okafor or Porzingas) they may try to sign a PG like Knight, Jackson or Rondo, even Rondo is terrible for the Triangle…

 I think there is a 90 percent chance Lakers draft okafor ( even though I’m more of a fan of them taking Russell) so this is probably a mute point. However, I don’t think the sixers will take okafor no matter what so if the Lakers don’t take him he should be available for the Knicks.

 Not sure if I trust Aran’s mock anymore. He won’t budge on the Lyles to Detroit thing, especially after the Ilyasova trade. I think Okafor will still go 2. So many smokescreens and GMs talking up players so they hope others will take them, or talking players down so they drop. I see all this talk as cloak and dagger stuff that will solidify shortly with sanity prevailing.

i was thinking that the Lakers had Love commited at that time,  so they would go with a poin guard.

 I don’t really get that last mock draft neither. Mudiay to the Magic? There’s no chance he goes there,if he falls,he’ll fall to sacramento. Lyles to Detroit,with Ilyasova traded there and Stanley Johnson available? That’s weird.
