DukeDaSquadParticipantI think kentucky loses tonight to LSU. The SEC is a weak basketball conference and the only team that i think has a chance to beat kentucky is LSU. If kentucky wins tonight, i see them entering the tournament undefeated.
Next Year though, If Jarell Martin and Jordan Mickey stay in college, LSU will be the best team in the SEC in my opinion

JordanC20ParticipantIf they settle for jump shots that aren’t falling cough *Harrisons* cough cough rather than look to get the bigs involved they most certain will struggle. They need to get Mickey in foul trouble ASAP.

JoeWolf1I don’t think it’s that crazy. LSU has size, and is one of the best rebounding teams in the nation. They have wing scoring the home court advantage.
Of course UK is the favorite, and better team, but it’s still not an easy task to win on the road during the heart of conference play.

DukeDaSquadParticipantIts not that crazy to me either. Its just that espn gave kentucky like a 89 or 90 percent chance of winning which is abdusrd.

gopack10ParticipantJust did an interview with Mickey this weekend and while neither Mickey nor his Dad said they had made a decision, I got the impression that both he and Martin would be gone after this season, so tonight will be huge for them both when it comes to displaying their talents for scouts and GM’s.

Dazzling Dunks and Basketball BloopersParticipantDamn. You beat me to it. Was just about to post the same thing. LSU has the size and talent to play with anyone and they’ll be pumped for this game. If Kentucky doesn’t play their A game it could get ugly.

Mad MaxParticipantPet peeve: when people say bold predictions and it’s something not that bold at all, a lot of people were talking about this game being a spot where UK might lose.
a bold prediction would be a 15 seed upsets a 2 seed

Dazzling Dunks and Basketball BloopersParticipantNo idea why the previous comment posted like a billion times. Anyway, was a great game and LSU certainly had their chances but there late game execution was poor on their final possessions. Great game from towns who just continues to get better as the season progresses.
Kentucky is clearly not invincible and I still believe they will lose at some point this season. LSU could have easily won this game with more controlled play from their backcourt.

ExumInfernoParticipantVery good prediction, nearly happened. LSU just couldn’t figure out any plays to run in the last minute.

sitlbitoParticipantLooks like Karl Towns has always been good,he just has to be able to stay on the floor. If he does,I’m really impressed with his rebounding/shot blocking.

kdtriv01ParticipantNot really. It’s not all surprising that a Duke fan would predict a Kentucky loss. It’s also not surprising that they would be wrong.
