zolaParticipantHis mom is from Serbia so he has pedigree for assists and triples
I hope he’ll play for Serbian NT. I know he played in some Serbian camps in Chicago area when he was younger

juves4783Participanti think he’s going to make some team really happy. fundamentally sound, nice handles for a big guy, can pop the 3. i wouldn’t be surprised if he ends up on the spurs roster.

zcnumerounoParticipantI think he can be a solid backup in the pros.
He isn’t nearly physical enough to be a starter, but can stretch the floor, has a plethora of post moves and can block the occasional shot.
I think he would be perfect in a Spurs uniform.

ExumInfernoParticipantI was going to suggest Matt Bonner, but with a bit more.
So Spurs uniform seems to work.
Anywhere with a big center scoring inside would be a good fit, so Houston too, maybe Sacramento, and possibly Memphis too.

Andrew1984ParticipantHe might look nice in college, but dealing with fellas like DeMarcus Cousins, the Gasols, Dwight Howard, Andre Drummond, Al Horford, and DeAndre Jordan on a nightly basis would expose him.
That being said, I can still see him as something of a smaller Zydrunas Ilgauskas.

festar35ParticipantHe is a low risk pick in my opinion, I would project him like Mehmet Okur was for most of his career. I think he is very talented and will be a capable starter at an NBA level.

King CaluchaParticipantThe Big Z was a fantastic passer as well. I haven’t seen Kaminsky display that part of his repertoire yet. I really like the Okur comparison.

Moon RiverParticipantHe is a very good shooter and has better than average feet and post moves. I think this all adds up to a reliable back up in the association. I like the Spurs references as it seems like a solid mid to late 20’s draft pick.

sitlbitoParticipantDude can really score,I think his career will depend hugely on what he wants to be. If he works as hard as he can,he could even be a starter in a good situation to me.

machu46ParticipantHe needs to get stronger, but if he can do that, I really like the way he can potentially translate to the NBA. He pretty much has everything that the Bucks are looking for in a center if he can get a little stronger.

CU.LIONSParticipantKaminsky might excel if the right team drafts him. Already mentioned were the Spurs, but other teams like Sacramento, Atlanta, Houston and GS, where they could use a stretch 4 or 5 man. Having a good center to take the pressure off his defense would help go along way IMO. He will be also more ready to step in as a senior as well.

JoeWolf1System pick. I feel he could just as easily fade out of the league as he could have success in a reserve role. A team that utilizes the high/low game, and one that lets him play his game will be the key.
I think playing in New York would be a good fit for him, in terms of playing time for him, and a system that could benefit his strengths ( in fact, he does a lot of things Bargs does ). San Antonio, Pheonix, are other systems he wouldn’t play for as a rookie, but he could have some appeal for as he gets stronger, and adjusts to the NBA. Minnesota with the 1st pick in the 2nd round, would be a good fit too IMO if he were to drop out of the 1st.
I don’t think he’d see the light of day on teams like Toronto, Memphis, Chicago, and OKC, but I guess that’s true with most late 1st round/early 2nd round picks drafted by playoff teams.
He’s not really going to be able to guard anyone, but he can stretch the 4 and 5 spot out to 25 feet. A handy guy to have on your team for certain lineups, but not necessarily a guy who’s going to start, or even play over 20 minutes per night.
I still think he does enough to be considered a late 1st round, or early 2nd round option.
