I thought of a blockbuster 4 way deal, between the Hornets, Knicks, Nuggets, and Kings New York Knicks receives: Randy Foye & Brian Roberts (Foye & Roberts would give the Knicks 2 veteran savvy point guards who could run the triangle) Charlotte Hornets receives: Wilson Chandler, Nik Stauskas, Carl Landry, Jose Calderon, and Ryan Hollins (Hornets get the bench depth they been looking for) Denver Nuggets receives: Lance Stephenson & a Charlotte Hornet’s first round pick (Denver comes away with perhaps a franchise player in Lance Stephenson. If anyone can get "Born Ready" to play to his capabilities it’s his former assistant coach from the Pacers, Brian Shaw, who he’s very close with. Lance would also thrive in Denver’s uptempo offense) Sacramento Kings receives: Noah Vonaleh, Gary Neal, & Bismack Biyombo (The Kings perhaps finally get the face up lengthy power forward they always wanted to pair with Cousins, in Noah Vonaleh, shed Carl Landry’s contract, get a professional long ball shooter in Gary Neal who can backup Ben McClemore, and acquire a young shot blocker and backup for Cousins, in Bismack Biyombo) http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=p3qrwot

The Charlotte Hornets absolutely dominate this trade.  The Nuggets give up Wilson Chandler for an inefficient Lance Stephenson and a late lottery first rounder?  I can see them getting better value elsewhere.

I think you might wanna ease up on throwing the word "blockbuster" around. The Carmelo Anthony trade was a blockbuster, this one isn’t.

Being that this trade involves lottery picks, in Nik Stauskas, Noah Vonaleh, & Bismack Biyombo I’m sure the NBA will refer to it as a blockbuster…The NBA referred to the Jeff Green trade to the Grizzles as a blockbuster trade, and I even received an alert from the NBA app when it went down, but yet dude isn’t even an all-star player

I will go through the team and see if it makes sense.  They all have different needs, and players they need to move out.

Kings – It is sort of Vonleh in and Stauskas out.  That works as they are going with McLemore.  They want to trade Stauskas for a power forward.

Knicks – They just want less money on next year’s salary cap.  Calderon out for cheaper players, that works.

Denver – The Nuggets would certainly like the draft pick.  Not sure Hornets want to send it out.  McGee and Stephenson on the same team, that might be too much for the coach.  Denver needs to do something, and if the coach wants the deal then it helps the team.

Hornets – Five out and five players in.  They need outside shooting, so Stauskas behind Henderson at shooting guard helps.  Calderon behind Walker, it gives them a great but expensive point guard situation.  Landry and Chandler are versatile.  They do move out Stephenson, they want that.

The trade seems to help all teams.  The draft pick might be the big question, they are giving the pick to help move Stephenson’s money but the Hornets don’t get a pick for helping New York or Sacramento move out their salaries.  D Williams of the Kings instead of Landry, that might be better for the Hornets financially.

This is a trade that teams that are out of the spotlight do at the trade deadline.  Give their fans some excitement and try to set things up for a better offseason and next season.

Still confused as to why they drafted Stauskas over Vonleh in the first place, never made any sense

This is the dumbest, most convoluted trade ever. 4 teams trading a bunch of role players, that would never happen its beyond stupid

    you also look like bitch
