Vasileios Charalampopoulos Update

Here is a new update on Greek player Vasileios Charalampopoulos that I have been talking about here for a long time. He is now 17 years old and if he was American he would be like a high school senior. He is playing in the big Greek Euroleague club Panathinaikos and for the first time this season he is actually not just in the practice squad but he is actually in the team’s main 12 man roster.

This is only for the early part of the season though when the team has injury problems, and when that ends he would be back as the 13th man. Anyway, he is now grown to 6-9 with a 6-11 wingspan and supposedly might still be growing and he is capable of playing in both small forward and power forward positions, as he trains in both positions and can guard both.
