Has anybody been keeping up with this? First it was Mario Chalmers basically saying that LeBron did too much and it’s not always easy playing with him. Then you had D. Wade saying he didn’t have fun last season. And then you have Bosh recently saying that it can be frustrating playing with LeBron for various reasons. He seems relieved to no longer have to sacrifice his game.

LeBron is known as a player who’s unselfish and makes his teammates better, but is it possible his hero ball/ball dominant style of play got under the skin of some of his teammates?

There’s been a big debate about this at my job and there have been some interesting arguments. There was an argument that LeBron is better at making role players better, but Kobe is better at getting the max out of star caliber teammates. What are your opinions on all of this?

I think maybe a reason Wade did not enjoy last season because he could only play 2/3rds of the season and is not the player he was.

Maybe he did too much because by the end of the season the Heat they were more like the 07′ Cavs then NBA champions.

I wouldn’t read too much into it, a lot of emotions facing an old team and teammate.

P.S Lebron just penetrated into the lane and no look kicked it out to Love to knock down the 3. This season is going to be good.

i actgually like hearing bosh speak up and his comment about how he didnt need to talk to lebron while they are in south america they’ll see each other on the court and thats al the catching up they need. Ive never been a bosh fan but i like him showing some toughness and not playing the nice guy role.

As for othe heat, i have no idea how well they actually got laong, apparently not as close as some might have thought through the years. Ive always felt lebron does some pouting when his teammates struggle. he might not get in their face and yell like kobe, but sometimes getting into each other’s face is good becasue at least you air it out and dont hold it in. Lebron just shows poor body language when hes unhappy and i can see why that could fester with teammates.

So do I, but I doubt the Heat feel that way. When the players who will actually make the rosters were playing the Cavs were utterly demolishing the Heat.

That’s why I said the team in Cleveland he had years ago didn’t have the big names, but was ideal for him…   He’s too great at everything and you want the ball in his hands majority of the time…  With D Wade unable to spread the floor, it forced Bosh to do it.  So, you have a max paid PF being a role player that shoot jump shots.   You simply don’t get enough touches.  Everything else as far as what goes on outside of the court is speculating.  Their game took a hit, but WTF?  They act like LeBron wasn’t THAT good when they all decided to play together.

I think pretty much everyone had to sacrifice to an extent to make that Miami team work, but Lebron doesn’t have the luxury of being able to vent his frustrations without getting thrown under the bus by the media.

The Big 3 experiment got those guys 2 rings in 4 years, and I don’t think they’d trade that, but there’s no doubts they all had their issues over the years. Sometimes they looked like they were having a blast when they were winning, others that they wouldn’t allow themselves joy ( The 1st title year), but often they looked defeated, and let things get into their heads more than any Championship caliber team I can remember.

I’m sure they’re all cool with each other when it really gets down to it, but I always felt that team had a very fluid and changing identity, which was very strange when compared to most elite teams.
