LOFTYParticipantim watching the serbis vs. spain game and I cant believe the flopping im seeing. I cant wait for usa to play spain! most of the flopping is coming from rudy but all of them are doing it. I know almost all nba players flop but some do it more often than others. rudy would give fisher a run for his money. rudy flops and complains on just about every play/call. I never really watched him in the nba but was his flopping this obvious?

cargathusParticipantHis flopping has gotten a little worse over the years and he did the same complaining in the NBA. To be honest I thought he had all the tools to be a good starting SG in the NBA, but it is a shame he never panned out.

220ParticipantI agree that Rudy Fernandez had all the tools to be a good starting shooting guard in the NBA, but I wouldn’t say he never panned out…he just chose not to stay in the NBA. Fernandez certainly still had options and interest in the NBA, but he wanted to go home.

casey38rayParticipantHe was a good role player in the NBA. It’s like this if you want to make less money and be on the bench in the NBA or get paid good money and be the star of a team overseas. I would take the latter and most other players starting to do that if they know they won’t play much and make much in the NBA so they jump to a lucrative contact overseas.
