valentineI have been waiting and waiting but I cant wait any longer I’m in love with Stanley Johnson after watching the documentary ,highlights, reading so much about him , scouting videos. I turned like into love.
Nbadraft.net compares him to ron artest. I wont say its the best I need to see more but they have seen more. The Pacer and King ron artest wasn’t a slouch by no means. He has a lot of upside on the offensive end but if can lives up to rons defensive skill this kid will be a nightmare.
Safe pick
Kelly Oubre Is another story I don’t know much about him I know he dunks a lot but I hear he is an "UBER" athletic guy. who may have most upside in the draft but will take sometime sto get his game together.
upside pick.
From what you guys know who do you rank higher on the sixers draft board?
For the last 2 years sixers also had 2 lottery picks per draft we know they are hunting for high picks. Is their anyway they can get another lottery selection and try to acquire both ?
oubre is said to be a long way from a finished product could he slip like a Shabazz Muhamed?

caray12ParticipantI’m would take Kelly Oubre because the 76ers needs shooting and he can shoot the ball better than Stanley Johnson and he haves more potential than him as well. Stanley Johnson might be better in college but Kelly Oubre reminds me of a young Paul George. He can play both shooting guard and small forward that’s 6’7" with a 7’2 wingspan that have the potential to guard 3 positions on the next level. I love Stanley Johnson game but in this draft in would draft potential over production and if I need a wing player in would take Kelly Oubre.

chall23ParticipantDon’t forget about Mario Hezonja too. He’s a wing player that a lot of people are high on. I would love to see a Joel/Noel and a Dario/Mario line up hahaha

Taylor Gang MikeParticipantI rather have Kelly Oubre for my Sixers. Athletic, better shooter than Johnson and He can bring some excitement. We need a wing

HitsterParticipantI hate to be boring but I must agree with the guys above, Kelly Oubre would be the perfect fit for the Sixers given they have MCW at PG and the frontcourt drafted in Noel and Embiid. Johnson would be a legit option also if he has a good season at Arizona.
I’ll throw in Caris LeVert of Michigan as a possible alternative or if they get unlucky with the lottery balls. He’s 6ft 7ins which is an excellent size for an SG and as a college Jnr might be more NBA ready than younger guys in the same draft area.

MopgrassParticipantAll three are great. Oubre is really sound and the most well-rounded. He is very athletic and has a great shot, though he might have a little trouble getting to the rack. Johnson gets Ron Artest comparisons, but I think he’s under rated at getting to the rack and handling the ball. Caria LeVert is my sleeper. I like Johnson a little better than Oubre. I can see LeVert above both if he becomes a bigger part of the offense. It’s a pretty outside shot. I love the movement and spins. His lateral speed is insane. He also reminds me if Terrance Ross. He really needs to show more though (for me to be accurate).
