druneave3ParticipantJust some thoughts on the new mock draft that was just released.
Another very talented class. Not quite like last year but that top 7 is pretty stacked. I love Stanley Johnson and think he could go a bit higher. Heard he and LeBron were going at each other at his camp and LeBron started playing harder when Johnson was guarding him.
Two guys who are way to low are RHJ and Chris Walker. Too much talent and athleticism.
Sam Dekker is my main man. 6’9 combined with his shooting ability should rank him higher in my opinion. Is it his lack of strength that people don’t like?
No Jabari Bird? He is one of my favorite prospects but wouldn’t mind seeing him go back to school another year to get stronger and work on his handle. Buddy Hield should stay too.
Harrison Twins both that low still seems wrong.
The person who I think is slotted the lowest is Bryce Dejean-Jones. I would put him in the low 20’s right now. Delon Wright could rocket up boards too, so I might be wrong with that.
Some other names I really like in the second round are Jake Layman, Dwayne Polee, Winston Shepard, and Aaron White.
Norman Powell is name that stood out to me as well. I will have to watch more of him this year. I was focused more on LaVine and Anderson while viewing UCLA. I know he flashed some athleticism with some monster dunks and showed some scoring ability but 12 was a surprise for me.

ncballerIs Justin Jackson from canada supposed to be Justin Jackson from UNC? I think the canadian wouldn’t be available until the 2016 draft because that is when he graduates…

frogmanParticipantI have major problems with Mateusz Ponitka over Nnanna Egwu! Crazy mocking. It’s almost as if the draft is over 300 days away and noone actually cares.

BogDon_KryptParticipantThis draft class reminds me a lot of the 2004 and 2009 nba draft classes.

r377ParticipantI am keeping my eye on Seldon, LeVert, Portis, Dekker and even Hammons has the size to get drafted middle of the first

Lotto StudParticipantBiggest snub – Isaiah Taylor
Too low – Aaron Harrison
Surprise – LeBryan Nash has been in Mocks this long, likely undrafted prospect.

llperezim surprised poythress is still considered a first rounder. Other then size for his position, i dont see anything that stands out.

MopgrassParticipantMyles Turner will end up near the top when all is said and done. I also agree that Chris Walker, Poythress, and a Harrison or so will go higher.

Carolinaborn82ParticipantMarcus Paige? Second team all-american last year. 17ppg 3r 4ast while being the main focus of defense s all year. Also, was the only three point shooter and still shot almost 40% from three. He should have more help creating more space to operate and even better numbers. I know he is small but he still gets his jumper off whenever he wants and over pretty much anyone.

HitsterParticipantI agree with Mopgrass that Myles Turner is lower than I’d put him at this moment, he was number 1 on some early 2015 mocks and then disappeared as I’d assumed the vibe was that he might stay 2 years in college or something.
Muinday playing in China will be a fair trip for scouts but no doubt they will see the videos and if he does good workouts then his draft position will hold up as someone is bound to need a PG in a big stacked draft.

WITNESS2014ParticipantNo D’Angelo Russell? He does seem like a two year player, but if he is given the keys to Ohio State, we could see him on this list by mid season.
This list will change a lot throughout the course of the college season.
