 I almost think all this Wiggins nonsense is leaked from Minnesota so the Warriors will include Thompson in a deal. If I am the Cavs and I can get Love without giving up Wiggins then I do it. If the Wolves ask for Wiggins then I hang up the phone and go on my way being thrilled with the future I have.

 If the deal on the table is Wiggins, bennett and a first round pick the timberwolves should take it and start rebuilding. It is the perfect trade for them to contend in the next 2 to 4 years. Then they should look to unload Pekovic and martin. Kind of like the 76ers only hopefully not as bad. I am a timberwolves fan and a trade like that followed by a rebuild for a few years would be great even after our current 9 year rebuilding plan. I realize the potential of this team in the loaded west even with love is a 6 to 8 seed for a few years at least tearing it down and rebuilding with a new coach and a new gm who wont take 4 pgs in the first round and hopefully would have recognized how talented Cousins is. They missed on all of their top picks except for Kevin Love and did ok with rubio. Hopefully they wouldnt do that bad again picking that high and getting wiggins to start with would be great. But knowing the Timberwolves they will accept the warriors offer eventually and over pay Klay thompson and continue to be a mediocer team.

 Cleveland need to take stock and not do a risky trade, I know K-Love is an All Star but he has never been on a winning season and I do wonder how effective he’d be with LeBron and Kyrie as he’d get nowhere near the amount of shots he currently gets and his scoring is his major strength.

I can understand Flip playing hardball and trying to get as much as he can if he thinks K-Love will walk away and the T-Wolves are left with nothing.

Teams were tanking to get a shot at one of the big 3 in this year’s draft and the Wolves can get Wiggins, Bennett (who looks better in SL), and a first round draft pick (a pick that will be in the 20’s)…  I don’t know what else the Wolves need unless they really think they will be a playoff team next year with Lee and Klay Thompson… Shouldn’t play poker when everyone knows your hand…

Now for everyone claiming the Cavs defense will be trash… Outside of Kevin Love, damn near everyone on the Cavs roster are ABLE to play defense…  Rather they did last year or not isn’t the issue here…  You guys forget there is a guy named LeBron James that’s currently on that team?  You do know these players will look up to him and they’re not peers?  This is HIS team…you guys know that right?  With Miami being one of the best defensive teams in the league, LeBron know’s how important team defense is…  The atmosphere in Cleveland will be different next year and I expect Kyrie & Co. to do as LeBron does…  The defense is a non issue for me because it’s about willingness, not about abilities…  Why wouldn’t the Cavs "try" to play defense with LeBron?

I hope the Cavs Keep Wiggins. The free agent big men are pretty good next summer and Love will be a free agent anyways so why do it when its only a year away? I would rather see them keep their players and be a really deep team, sign a center who can protect the rim and split time with Varejao to help keep him healthy.

Witness, Marc Gasol actually looks like the perfect guy for the Cavs to go after next summer.  He would be a GREAT fit and would allow the Cavs to go big or small.
