Let’s be completely honest here.  This will be Lebron’s biggest challenge in his entire basketball career.  Cleveland has talent, but nobody on that roster knows how to win and play winning basketball.  They might bring in Love and he hasn’t played winning basketball his entire career either.  Kyrie is an electric talent, but isn’t a leader or a winner.  David Blatt hasn’t coached in the NBA and hasn’t dealt with egos before.  Lebron will come in demanding work ethic and teamwork from a bunch of guys who haven’t ever won anything.  I think it will take at least a year to get everyone on the same page and nothing will come easy next year.  People are saying the Cavs are favorites to win the title next year which is crazy.  The west is loaded and the east is improving with Raptors, Wiz and Pacers and even the Bucks. Derrick Rose will come back healthy next year also. The Cavs aren’t locks to get out of the east.  The Spurs are the defending champs are are still elite and will have a lot to say about next year.  This is going to be a long, tough season for Lebron in Cleveland to get the young guys to play up to his level.  I’m not sure it will happen this year.
