    1. Do they HEAT want Chris Bosh back?

    2. Is Melo waiting to see if Chris Bosh heads to Houston before he makes a decision?

    3. Does LeBron really want to go back to the Cavs?

    1. I am really not sure at this point. I am not sure what kind of hand shake deal they had in place, but why is it taking so long for them to agree to sign? Bosh has been the most vocal about returning to the HEAT next season with a paycut. I think they would like to have him back, but I also think they would like to have Melo more. It is an interesting situation if they try to get Bosh to leave for Houston willingly and conveniently get Melo to fall in their laps.

    2. I thought Melo was going to return to the Knicks all along, but the longer it drags out the more I am starting to question it. I know the Lakers really impressed him, but I couldn’t see him turning down Miami if Bosh leaves. I think Bosh wanted to return to the HEAT on a longer deal, but that was for a 5 year deal with LeBron staying that long as well and I do not believe LeBron locks himself into a contract for 5 years. Bosh doesn’t want to take a paycut to play with LeBron and then watch him walk away in two years so obviously Houston is looking better and better. Bosh heads to his home state and Melo heads to south beach.

    3. I think he would like to go to the Cavs but I also believe it is too soon. LeBron is in his prime and they just aren’t ready yet. In 2-3 years? Absolutely, but not right now. I’v always wanted him to finish him career there so I think he signs a short deal with the HEAT and looks at his options again in two years and heads back to his hometown then. Howard, Durant, Rose and some other big time free agents will be on the market in 2016 so it should be a summer of 2010 again with everyone clearing cap space for them. I think LeBron will tell Wade it has been fun and head back to play in Cleveland, but I could also seem him teaming up with Durant somewhere if Durant still hasn’t won a championship in OKC.

    1. Yes the Heat want Bosh back, but they are acting crazy if they think he’ll sign for like 60% of max deal.  Sure he said he’ll take less, but not anywhere near what it’s reported the Heat are offering.

    2.  No.  Wife love NY, seems to be a family man, that understands leaving NY effects his whole family.  If Miami wanted to sign Melo and not Bosh I don’t see a problem.  I don’t think Heat fans would be upset, not if it keeps LeBron in Miami.  The thing I don’t get is, pairing LeBron and Melo together.  To me that just seems like a bad pairing.  Both small forwards that can play pf in a small ball lineup against certain teams.  I just don’t see it working for a whole season.  Sure there both great players, but they are both alpha players that need the ball.

    3.  I think LeBron want to go back to Cleveland, its his hometown.  The question is are the Cavs a legit title contender with LeBron?  For me that’s a no, so unless the Cavs can get someone like Love I don’t see LeBron going there.

Irving, Wiggins, LeBron, Love, and Andy V makes too much sense.

I am not even sure that another round of the D Wade and Bosh Show can help LeBron get over the top.  Was this year’s Finals an aberration or does LeBron just not have enough help?

    1. Yes. These are grown men. Why play this passive aggressive game and hope Bosh signs with Houston so they can sign Melo? IF Melo wants to sign with the Heat and the Heat would rather have him over Bosh, then just tell Bosh they’re going with Melo instead of him. I believe the Heat want Bosh back, but they want him back at the right price. The role he plays in their offense isn’t that of a superstar player, however everyone knows Bosh has sacrificed and completely changed his game to play off of LeBron and D. Wade.

    2. No. I think he has his eye on the situation, but I don’t think that’s the reason he hasn’t made a decision. I believe he’s truly taking his time to decide what’s best for himself and his family.

    3. No. He’s from Akron, not Cleveland. He owes Cleveland nothing. He’s given back plenty to his home town. Cleveland fans burned his jerseys when he left and Dan Gilbert wrote that pathetic letter. It’s hard for me to see him ever returning to play there.

To expand on question one… IF the Heat actually don’t want Bosh, I think they’re stupid. He plays a big role in what they do and his role should actually be increased. He’s underutilized. It’s D. Wade who they should not be wanting, but I know that’ll never happen.

     1.  Yes, but not for what other teams are offering.

    2.  Doubt it.  He’s just taking his time so he makes the right decision.

    3.  He may want to go there b/c it’s a good situation.  But I don’t think he wants to go there just b/c it’s Cleveland.
