The8thDeadlySinParticipantReported by NBATV is that Danny Granger is heading to Miami.. Looks like they have missed out on all of their “plan A” players..

The8thDeadlySinParticipantI think this means they now have 3 players under contract.
PG: Norris Cole
SG:
SF: Danny Granger
PF: Josh McRoberts
C:New “Big 3” in Miami?

So maybe this:
PG: Shabazz Napier
SG: Norris Cole
SF: James Ennis
PF: Danny Granger
C: Josh McRobertsThey should compete with the 76ers for the last spot..

WITNESS2014ParticipantAnybody notice that McRoberts and Granger are two players who have bad blood with Lebron? McRoberts with the elbow to James throat in the playoffs and Granger dating back to Cleveland days and in playoffs in recent Miami years…

For_Never_EverParticipantJust saw this on NBA TV that the Rockets have just offered Chris Bosh a MAX contract for four years.

mike_r232ParticipantI like Granger and think it’s a very good price for the Heat. However, if this means that they’ve missed out on their plan A guys, that isn’t good for them. Granger still has some game left and, if healthy, can really provide some scoring and versatility.

hooverballParticipantBoth these player fit the style they are trying to play. Both players can fill the void at PF and on the wing when Lebron is out of the game or plays point guard. Both also provide good outside shooting. Remember Miami made it to the finals and would have likely beaten any other team from the West (hate to say it as a Thunder fan). I think they both are upgrades over what they were getting out of Battier. Good signings.
