PHXSUNDREAMPICK13ParticipantSorry hopefuls out there. Lebron cleared his throat. He mentioned he wants max contract so it can be known he’s the best on his team, league and world. So, LA, Houston, Chicago, Cleveland, Phoenix, China, Spain, and all other hopefuls to pair him its not going to happen. Only his agent will meet with other teams to get "wowed" and "wooed" and make him feel on top again. Only to give his prime time decision to stay in Miami. Of course Wade and Bosh are staying and someone else is coming in to help this poor team out lol. With that being said, who’s coming in and will they be better than say last years Spurs?
Kyle Lowry is probably the best f/a to come in and make the biggest impact. With him and Napier the Heat will have a new focal point to the offense. It will be penetration and kick out all day long. Bosh and Allen will benefit the most from this and will have wide open looks outside and inside. Its Lebron and Wade who will have to optimize their abilities and alter their play. Lebron would best be served as a post up threat playing with the ball second. Can develop pick and roll will Lowry. He showed before he can occasionally dominate in the post. Also, he will want to improve the offensive rebounding as a big. D. Wade can alter his play as a complementry pg with Lowry. Can facilitate the offense and pass for cutting Lowry, Bosh, and Anderson. Another option for the Heat is to play better 6th and 7th men for a more dominant second lineup. Keep Wade and Bosh as these role players and fill the other starters as shooters with Allen and other F/A acquistions who can toe the 3 point line. Wade and Bosh come in and develop pick and role that creates offense for the rest of the team. Heat need to develop more team offense ability or they will be the superstart team of last year and get carved up again in the finals.

mrhancocParticipantEven with Napier, Cole, Lowery, Bosh, Wade and James, the Heat will need more to win a title b/c what happened in the finals was no fluke……With that said, the Heat still need a few big guys and shooters to get right, it will be interesting to see who all they can sign

big “4s” are possible this offseason including HOUSTON but I think Miami is better off filing out the roster then going for star get a capable big a good wing and a good pg.we all know LeBron isn’t leaving you don’t leave a team that went to the finals 3 times in a weak east who has they money to add on and finical savy to have caproom when its time to retool again in the future ( when LeBron contracts end again).
hes staying idk why ppl are so against contenders signing free agents I rather a contender be able to add a top free agent then a lottery team who wont make the playoffs with the player.
face it mia has 3 stars and after this offseason will be even better on paper I don’t understand the negs when it happens it will be a million threads on season predictions for the heat and its new addition(s).
I don’t think they all opted out to get more money they looked at the spurs and seen how their salaries helped them make two surprise finals appearances. we all know LeBron deserves a max but did he opt out to make another 5 million a year?
or to potentially make another 2 to 4 finals appearance with the current core and some new faces ?get ready for the other face of the beast this season.

Ghost01ParticipantA. They can’t afford Lowry
B. There is nothing "big" about a 3 point shooting big who can’t rebound and a deterierating guard who can’t shoot, doesn’t play defense, and never hustles.
