What teams are built best for Kyle Anderson to be their point guard?

 I don’t understand the negs, you made good points. Many feel that Anderson is not a pg, but the premise is what teams he will fit if he was experimented there. Boston is a good example that you suggested. But for the question of where he’ll go, Ill place him at 15 for my Hawks. Note this is bc I want to win the mock draft contest, not bc I want him. I’m with the group that thinks Anderson will be a bust, but I think Ferry makes his first mistake as our gm and thinks he’ll become the second coming of Diaw. On that note, we did draft Diaw and played him at pg, which was a fail.

If Kyle Anderson were to ever be a full time PG in the NBA, he would average more turnovers than assists. That’s coming from a UCLA fan myself.

Orlando and especially Atlanta are the only 2 situations that I think have the personnel they could put around him for him to be successful handling a good chunk of the playmaking duties.

 Indiana. He can definitely pass and use his size to find passing lanes, and set up the offense, something they are looking for someone to do more of. Also his defensive deficiencies would be covered up with Lance Stephenson and Paul George on the perimeter with him and David West and Roy Hibbert backing them up. Frank Vogel talked of how Indiana’s defense is so good, not because of athleticism but because of lenght.

Cleveland would be a pretty good fit. Kyrie is a scoring guard and so is Waiters. With Anderson, they would be allowed to play off the ball and thrive.

If he slips, I really like OKC and San Antonio. Thunder need another playmaker simply because they don’t move the ball past their superstars. Him as playmaker would allow Russell to be more aggressive. Spurs, nuff said, Diaw 2.0.
