DukeDaSquadParticipantI did not see the game today but I am happy with the result that the pacers have won to tie up the series. I saw on another forum (ISH) that the game looked rigged in favor of the Pacers but there wasnt many comments on the thread. I then proceded to watch the box score and found out that Indiana shot a higher fg%, 3pt %, and shot less free throws. Also they had 7 more blocks, 2 less turnovers, and had a contribution of 15 points from George Hill who has been absent except in the 3rd quarter of game 2. Also Teague went 5-15 and had 4 TO’s
Not saying that the game wasn’t rigged in anyway because I didnt see it, but it doesnt look so from the box score so can someone please point out how the game looked rigged, or was this just a butt hurt poster because his team lost?

festar35ParticipantIndiana grabbed a late victory today and I was looking over the numbers.
Truth be told the only guy carrying his weight on the Pacers is George, he is averaging 22ppg 11rpg 5apg 2spg 1bpg on 44%fg and 50%3pt.
Those are great numbers and he is still playing good defense as well. I know the Hawks aren’t a stellar team but Carroll is a good defender and the Hawks team D has been very good.
Is he a superstar? NO!!! However there are still not a lot of players I want over George as he finds a way to be useful. Look at Harden his shot ain’t falling he is useless with no D.

IndianaBasketballParticipantRigged for the Pacers? The Pacers were lucky to get out of Atlanta with a W. Not just because Stephenson had a late turnover and both West/George missed free-throws, but because the refs called a suspect lane violation on a free-throw against West (Hawk player stepped in the lane early the very next free-throw) and a foul against West on Korver shooting a three. The refs weren’t good period… And they took too long reviewing obvious plays.
The Pacers won the game by holding the Hawks under 40% shooting, George holding Teague to 5-15 shooting and 4 turnovers and some big shots down the stretch by Hill, Scola, George and West. I also think that Millsap picking up a quick 4th foul in the 3rd quarter was huge. The Pacers went on a run while he was on the bench.
The Pacers need to make a couple of more adjustments to wrap up this series. Similar to Hibbert, Vogel needs to have the balls to leave Stevenson on the bench if he’s not playing well. He brought Stevenson in for Watson (who was playing well) and that move almost costed them the game because Stevenson had a huge turnover. Stevenson has to move the ball this series and stop dribbling so damn much. I also think Vogul needs to make some kind of adjustment defending the P&R/P&P… The Hawks are getting wide open shots just too easy.

DukeDaSquadParticipantI feel that the pacers are built only to contend with Miami as they are the top dog in the east. The Pacers match up with them very well and if by some chance these 2 teams were to meet in the ECF, i think the Pacers have a cery good chance of knocking them off
