Which heavy hitter do you see returning?

    • Jabari Parker*
    • Julius Randle
    • Aaron Gordon*
    • Gary Harris

     *Highly likely

Realistically, I think all four of those guys are headed for the NBA but if I had to pick one who will return it would be Jabari Parker for very similar reasons that Marcus Smart had for deciding to return to Oklahoma State last year.

I agree, though I don’t think it would be a good idea.  Another year in college doesn’t help his game, it allows people to pick him apart more.  I think it’s admirable he wants to stay in school and compete with coach K but it won’t do anything for his stock or his game.  He is considered a top 3 pick this year and a top 3 pick next year, but with potential to fall.

I only see a benefit to going back for another year if you are a freshman on the fringe of the lottery.  Parkers offensive game is so refined already and we know this, people will only be left to pick apart his below average defense.  But he seems like a good kid, I doubt he worries about people critiquing his game.

jerami grant would be my choice.  i think he could seriously slide in this year’s draft.

Looking favorable if Nick Johnson and Rondae Hollis-Jefferson are returning. Most think Gordon’s game will be picked apart even more if he returns, but I see it differently because he’s the most bashed prospect in this year’s class, so it would not hurt him like many think it will.

I would have to say Jabari Parker. Gary Harris already came back for his sophomore year and would probably benefit by declaring now. Gordon should declare too for the fear of what happened to somebody like McAdoo. Randle seems like typical one and done. If Parker comes back I don’t see his game slipping and would probably be the first pick in the 2015 draft He might be able to show that he can be a better defender and get his assist numbers up. I was reading that Parker had already set up student housing for next year, but that was on bleacher report so I don’t take that too seriously.

Aaron Gordon ,he is bashed for his lack of talent and offensive game, with his work ethic and the fact he is the same age of most high school seniors it won’t hurt him returning back ,actually if he is just able to improve his FT% it could help him moving up in the draft

No reason to stay period.  The NCAA and the NBA aren’t allowing these players to have any advantage over their futures.  They should at least move the draft lottery up to mid April to see what terrible organization they might fall to.  But to stay when you’re already a lottery pick is by far the dumbest crap ever.  Very rarely do you see that work out in kids favor.   You have to literally be one of the cockiest dudes to play in order to come back…   You basically saying you’re going to see a huge increase in your production and you gonna work so hard on your game in the offseason without the worlds best basketball trainers.

Don’t stay because the NCAA can’t improve your game like the NBA can.   Why stay in a system that doesn’t translate to a pro game?  A game you been preparing your whole life to play at that level?  How can playing a 2-3 zone benefit you in the league?  Last, how can NCAA prepare you better for the NBA, than the NBA?  Leave!!!!   D Wade is 31 and played 3 years in college.  Staying longer doesn’t bring longevity to your body…  It’s no way to accurately look into the future for that.
