Memphis MadnessParticipantInteresting. Why the negative points? I don’t think all those guys declare if they are only going to be second round picks but there are a few tiers where things are wide open. 1-5. Then 6-15 or 20. Then there are 15 or 20 guys in that "next tier" — mid-first rounders to second rounders.
If the Sixers could pull it off, they would be one heck of a team. MCW and the Harrisons with Wroten at the guard spots. James Young at the 2/3 spot. Last year’s pick Nerlens Noel along with Julius Randle and then WCS off the bench.
Awesome length and size. Lots of talent everywhere with multiple ball handlers and creators. They lack in shooting, but James Young helps. I am guessing that Julius Randle would be the go-to guy inside to get them the bulk of their points within the half court game.
That team would be set. Just add a veteran presence and some extra shooters — on the wing and at the stretch four spot — along with a defensive minded backup point guard.
I was just thinking last night, what if you took Kentucky’s top guys and UConn’s top guys (including the injured Willie Cauley-Stein) and built an NBA team out of it? You would think they would win some titles right?
How about this team?
Starters
PG Shabazz Napier
SG James Young
SF DeAndre Daniels
PF Julius Randle
C Willie Cauley-Stein
Bench
PG Andrew Harrison
SG Ryan Boatright
SF Aaron Harrison
PF Alex Poythress
C Dakari Johnson
Reserves
SF Niels Giffey
PF/C Marcus Lee

delfamParticipant^ I think you mean high. 39 is a higher number than his projected 12th spot.
